It took me almost two years to decide on a brand of LVP flooring. After seeing reviews on Houzz I chose Flooret. I ordered samples from Amazon and Flooret directly and selected Sutton Signature. Due to shipping issues there was a slight delay for delivery but boy was it worth the wait. I did my entire first and second floor and they are beautiful. My installer had no issues with the product either. Customer service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We ordered two full size Elmstead Signature samples. They arrived packaged very neatly in a nice shipping box. We are very happy with the samples and are placing them throughout our home to see how they look with different lightly throughout the day.

I have ordered flooring for two homes I own and I'm completely satisfied with the product . It's industry leading .040 wear layer, cost and ease of installation. Another plus is the fast response to any questions you may have.

Picked out 5 samples online. Great communication for confirmation and shipping. Received all samples packed nicely in a box. It really helped to see the color and touch the product in person. When we start our project we will definitely be using Flooret on our floors. Top quality.

Our floors now look really good! Representative was responsive to every question we had. Even our installers raved about the product. We added Nakan flooring to approximately 845 SF.

The product isnt as sturdy as stated. The locking system broke with very little pressure. Also did some drop tests with forks and spoons and butter knives they all left noticible blemishes on the product and divits

Overall all my communications have been speedy and associate is knowledgeable.

First, their customer service was great for me. During the whole process, I had a few issues come up and they addressed them all, completely to my satisfaction, and very quickly, so my DIY project never lost time.

Second, the quality of their Modin Nakan Base LVP product was/is awesome. After following a few tips & tricks from a YouTube installer, Joe Letendre, the task of installation was so much easier. Like Joe said, you need the right tools to make it so much easier. And once you get the knack of these tips and tricks, it really went smooth.

Of course, having a quality product to work with is your initial key, else all the tips & tricks are worthless.

I did their one piece bullnose stair treads which were a challenge, but only because they were designed for a 1" existing tread, which I took a piece to a store to see that it would fit like a glove. Ours, after removing the carpet from original construction in 2012, was 1 1/2" thick, so we figured a way to make it work. The quality of the treads were good and strong and very easy to work with.

A little issue came on 2 steps where we had 2 small landings. The only choice was to get the bullnose pieces that you would then use floor planks to hook into. That also included the very top step, which then led to the rest of the flooring upstairs.

So, we needed to do 3 bullnose, and no matter how hard I tried, we could not get the planks to get that last tiny click into the bullnose to do the final tight lock. Not sure why, and with all the experience with the rest of the floor planks into itself, which were perfect in locking every single plank, using Joe's tips & tricks, it just wouldn't lock in, so there is the slightest of gaps, but I made do because the rest of the planks click together perfectly.

Overall, after checking out so many different flooring places and getting other online samples, we settled on Flooret. We are absolutely happy with the results and the quality of their product, and absolutely would highly recommend to others to check it out.

I'm a 68yr old DIY'er and did everything myself, from emptying the rooms, carpet and pad removal, removing all staples and glue residue, pouring flooring leveler in the hallway, to cutting and laying the flooring, and having such a high quality product to work with made the end result that much more satisfying. The wife is happy, and that's all the thanx I needed.

We ordered our floors in July with an Aug - Sept delivery date. An update on September 1st via email gave a date range in October, which has also been passed.

I called and spoke to a friendly gentleman on the phone, yet there is no ETA. I'm starting to think this product only exists in images and samples.

I realize sourcing is a bit out of control, but the lack of updates is really disappointing. It's back to the drawing board to find a product that actually exists outside of samples.

Our goal now is to find one that we like, then cancel our order.

Delivery was faster than anticipated, especially with the Nakan being backordered. The flooring itself is gorgeous and so easy to install, we got the Nakan in the signature. 10/10 will be using in our entire home.

I ordered my flooring today. Michael was very helpful in reviewing what my needs are and reviewing the subtotal and total of my order. Reviewing the total helped me realize I had order too much of an item. Michael is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to installing the flooring.

Just ordered samples and they are definitely quality. I like the click system they use. They were to my door in a couple days in some fancy boxes. Samples were good size maybe a foot long or so. We marrowed it down to 2 and are going to order the full planks because of all the varations in colors.

Every customer service contact I had was exceptional. The team really knows their stuff and goes above and beyond to walk you through each part of the decision making process. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Flooret. Quality product line too!
