Very Poor quality product
Very Poor quality product . I bought the most expensive engineered oak and it was not as described .poor shop knowledge and disgraceful customer service . I wish I had stuck to my guns and claimed off my credit card was forced to buy 58 mtrs to fit 50 . Rip off company £3500 wasted as they had all the chat and said couldn't be returned as a special order. Keep away from this cowboy company

it was helpful and friendly salesman. We had a good experience at the shop selecting the flooring. However, the contractor they provided to fit the flooring was terrible. He was not timely, rushed and was asking for more money for everything. It is about the year now since it is installed. The beading at many places are coming off. The tiles are loose at many areas. There are gaps under the door panels.
I wouldnt recommend.

Poor communication
Poor communication, not willing to take any responsibility, with delays on flooring, given multiple dates all lies kept blaming suppliers.
Not a penny in compensation after having to move trades at a cost to myself due to constant delays.

Bought carpet from here as well as…
Bought carpet from here as well as tiles for the floor , man who measured didn’t get it right at all .
There was a defect in the carpet , when told because we didn’t use there carpet fitter couldn’t get it sorted apparently .
Quick enough taking your money , but couldn’t wait for you to be gone when picking the carpet up . Avoid at all costs !

Pick up on the spot
One advice - when u purchasing the flooring pick it up on the spot and make sure all packs are from the same batch! Purchased and paid for my flooring and was assured I can pick up whenever ready. Rang few days before picking up and was assured that of course I can pick up whenever I want. Came to picking up half of the flooring is nowhere to be seen. Could not find it. Week later of investigation turned out it got damaged in storage. Fitter re-booked. Promised floor two weeks later. Came to pick up on arranged date - no flooring as apparently van broken-down on the way. Another 2 weeks later floor there. The missing 8 packs out of 15 ordered has been delivered. While fitter trying to lay the floor it turns out that the missing 8 packs are from different batch and they have a different click in system and can not be layed together... Fitter-rescheduled again. Another 4 weeks later the correct 8 packs arrived and was finally able to collect my full correct order. From attempt 1 to pick up in July took all the way to October to get what I paid for. Never been offered a partial refund or anything for wasted journeys and rescheduled fitter that coated me hundreds.

The worst company I’ve ever used
The worst company I’ve ever used, ordered my flooring, it took 14 weeks to arrive in store, no apologies, just nothing, they arranged then to give me discount on the floor layer they use, I agreed to the price of £350, I arranged a date and the appointment was cancelled 3 times, to which point I had to pay a £1100 to have it installed, customer service terrible, fitters are terrible, would never recommend anybody using this company, the order went in the end of may 2024 I finally had my flooring layed in November.

When items are in stock, turnaround is usually quick. However, if the supplier is awaiting stock, we must work with the estimated dates they provide. These estimates can sometimes change, but we always do our best to keep customers informed throughout the process.
Regarding the fitting, we want to clarify that we do not offer a fitting service. This is stated at the bottom of your receipt. Any arrangements or issues related to fitting would need to be addressed directly with your chosen fitter.

The flooring I bought failed
The flooring I bought failed. Having sent photos of the failures, I couldn’t get a response from the local store. I ended up having to replace the whole floor with a different product from a different supplier. In short, both product and service was attrocious.
To respond to the reply given by Floorgiants. Our fitter did advise about levels g the subfloor and we paid him to screed the whole floor making it level. The flooring still failed. The reply you gave to my review is totally untrue and reconfirms to me that the customer service offered by your team in this instance is attrocious. Please get your facts right before you publish your reply. I am considering informing trading standards regarding this transaction
