I requested to return an item after receiving the item and discovering it could not be set up in the area of flooring I required. After repeated emails and calls I have yet to receive a response after 3 months from Floorheatpro or my money back.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Good easy kit to install. Controller a bit over complicated but works well.

i like it when it comes on can't work the thermostat out,do you have any simple instructions

Well impressed with complete service package, yes the stat did pack up after very little use, it was replaced with no fuss, I will keep using FloorHeatPro.....

The product was just as described and delivered in good time. Instruction for the mat were clear but the timer/controller could be clearer !

Looked around the Internet and found this to be reasonably priced. Ordered what I needed and it arrived well packaged in good time. Really pleased with the product. Good quality and works great.

Has transformed our Conservatory to an all year round living room

They are very hard to get on the phone and when there is a problem they do not resolve it using the easiest way for the customer it has to be whats most convenient for them.

I have nothing more to say other than the experience was first class.

I searched the internet for matting type electric underfloor heating, comparing products and prices from a host of different suppliers and eventually picked Floor Heat Pro. It turned out to be an excellent decision, the ordering process and guidance given was very easy and this was followed by a very efficient and prompt delivery which I could track all the way.

Great price, product and good guys to deal with.
Will be back again next year to purchase more heating for my next project - the kitchen.

Bought wrong mat size, called company next day and paid for correct mat, booked for wrong May to be picked up. Was all supposed to be next day delivery but no one turned up.

Called up but was told it didn't get sent out in error. Fair enough I thought. They apologised, i accepted. Took my card details for refund. Then picked up wrong sized item I ordered. So went and bought one locally and bought one and fitted.

2 weeks down the line still waiting for a refund. When I call, I'm told the person doing the refund is away and not back for days and to call back.

None of my emails have been replied to.

I reckon, 5 star company till you need a refund. If only I ordered the right item in the first place.......

Update: had my refund and an apology. All sorted. Will buy from again, making sure we order correct item though.

Floorheatpro have got it all just right. From the website, to the ordering, to the delivery, to the advice on the after-hours phone line - the value and service are exceptional.

Yes I would totally recommend them. I orderd the wrong size my fault, rang them they sent a courier same day to collect it and within a couple of days sent out the kit I required, I installed it my self and got my nephew whose an electrician to connect to the electrics job done.

Brilliant, whole process from ordering speed of delivery and the DIY kit supplied easy to understand instructions absolutly every thing you need to install. Touch control panel a bit complicated but covers just about every option I need.

I ordered underfloor heating and then found it was not required I contacted floor heatpro on a number of occasions to have the goods picked up for return finally after about 4 calls to them they got their courier to pick the goods for return up I then had to ring them on a number of occasions because they never credited my credit card even after they confirmed they had received the returns in good order and to this day I still have not had the money credited to my account and I have had to take action contacting my credit card company to withhold or get back any payment definatley do not deal with this company they are hard work
