I’ve just taken delivery of my second order from Flooring Hut, and cannot fault the service.
Pricing initially led me to order, I had a specific carpet I wanted and it was offered at a good price online. I order samples first; these arrived quickly and made colour selection so much easier.
Communication was great, Delivery was as promised, carpets arrived well wrapped and clearly labelled.
Highly recommend, I will be using again with any hesitation.

Straight forward process for requesting samples and then ordering carpet. Was able to specify the date of delivery and delivery drivers (plural as we ordered carpet and underlay which were delivered separately) were helpful in getting the heavy items were we wanted them. And of course the price was good when you factor in the free delivery that many other on-line sellers charge about £50 for. So whilst I was nervous about ordering from an on-line shop initially, it could not have worked out better. I will have another two rooms to do shortly and will use Flooring Hut again when the time comes.

Recently bought some flooring. I had 2 quotes for the flooring I wanted, but thought I would try one more Company. Flooring Hut came up with the exact same flooring and saved me £90. Delivery was good and on time. I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic service and products. Customer service is friendly and efficient, my only improvement would be the option to collect on the website rather than having to email and ask for the delivery payment to be removed.

I had originally planned to purchase some Furlong Emerald 190 Oak flooring locally but decided to search the internet for an alternative supplier due to a quote that seemed to be higher than expected. Flooring hut came up trumps with a quote for the same flooring, underlay and pipe covers which saved me approx 500 GBP which well covered the cost of a local fitter.

Delivery was quick and accurate, and the LVT oak flooring looks so good that friends & family are amazed to find out it isn’t real wood!
The LVT specialist fitter remarked on the good quality of the flooring and was genuinely surprised when I told him the cost. He said he couldn’t get that price at his usual trade centre.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flooring Hut again!

I chose this company because their pricing was fair and reviews were good. When I wanted to add to the order they were helpful, they didn’t charge me another delivery charge even though they sent it through a different courier.

Ordered 4 boxes of Karndean which arrived super quick.. actually a day earlier than expected. Only used 3 boxes so once I had contacted the team at Flooring Hut, I simply sent the box back which was quickly followed by a full refund. Comms with the company was extremely prompt and I will certainly use Flooring Hut again.

Recently purchased some Karndean flooring, excellent quality, matches the rest of the flooring we have. Delivered on time, nothing was damaged. I ordered 1 too many boxes, which the Flooring Hut took back and refunded immediately. Great product, great company, thoroughly recommend them.
