I paid extra for next day delivery on the Thursday morning as I wanted to start laying a floor on the Saturday, 1 item arrived on Saturday (bottle of glue that had burst). The main item (underlay) arrived mid afternoon on the Sunday. I emailed the sales team and have had no response. It's a shame because when I initially called to enquire about stock and what products to buy, they were very helpful.
