Awful customer services response.
Delivery scheduled for Friday with flooring contractor booked for Saturday. Flooring arrived on time but without adhesive, so I rang (at least 10 mins to get through) to chase delivery and was calmly told that they had forgotten to send the adhesive. When I explained the urgency the person I spoke to suggested I ‘pop out to buy some’. No empathy, no concern, no apology and could not have cared less if he’d tried. Just told me it would be sent for delivery the following Tuesday. Will not be using again.
