Best price I could find for a pack of…but a small hiccup
Best price I could find for a pack of Karndean Van Gogh. There was a small hiccup in the ordering process in that the date promised for delivery didn't materialise. This problem was compounded by a lack of communication from Flooring Supplies. When I contacted the company to enquire about delivery I was informed that the product was out of stock. However my order, for some reason seems to have been cancelled and I had to reorder. Happily the situation was eventually resolved and my floor is now installed and looks great.

The experience from the Company was fie however the LVT premium flooring was a nightmare. My very experienced builder had a nightmare trying to fit it on a brand new floor, to the point that he didn't charge me for fitting it.

Zero customer service
Chased them 7 times to get my flooring.. once it arrived I then had to contact them another 2 times to get my glue id ordered..
I also returned 3 packs of flooring (my fault for over ordering) they said they only received 1 of 3 packs, but I have the email from the courier to say they were delivered and I’ve to contact them myself… 1st person when I chased it up with flooring company told me it was fine and all good and refund will be within 5 days.. now 2 weeks later and still no refund as it’s ongoing..
After being told everything was in order, now being told the opposite.. Have also lost a client due to all the delays and inconvenience not to mention loss of earnings..
Don’t recommend company.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Penny Williams was my advisor.
I saw online that you can get a Spend & Save discount on larger orders. I was about to spend £2K on flooring so asked Penny how I apply the discount. She asked me what product I was buying. Then she asked me what quantity of product. Then she asked me what the total payment sum would be. Then she asked me if there was anything else in my basket. Then she sent me an invoice for the same amount as the items in my basket online. I asked her where the discount as the invoice total was the same number as just shopping myself online and she said the discount had been automatically applied online. I asked her why she hadn't told me that first? Why had I spent 1/2 hour speaking to her?? She replied that the product was low in stock would I like to place and order. I ended the chat. What a waste of both our time.

The Worst Online Shopping Experience I've ever had
Should be zero stars. Assured me the flooring was in stock. Took the order. Then failed to deliver, with no communication at all, leaving it to me to chase them. Ignored several emails to support. After HOURS in a phone queue being assured my call was important, they failed to call back as promised. More waiting in a queue before I got through to someone who at least vaguely owned the problem. Learned the item was no longer available in the ordered size (but not why they'd failed to bother telling me, or why they took the order).
Forced to pay AGAIN for a different size because they "couldn't transfer my payment". Promised a refund in 5 days. No refund arrived. No communication. Eventually admitted they'd 'set the refund up wrongly (i.e. hadn't bothered). Forced to claim via credit card company. The only part of this operation that works is sales, everything else is a disjointed, disinterested disaster. AVOID this company!!!
