What an outstanding company!! They recently fitted the flooring to our new home. The service from start to finish was 1st class. Paul in the showroom in Corbridge is a top bloke with great knowledge of all products, Jimmy, Tyler & the carpet fitter are top fitters, excellent job. Phil the boss couldn’t meet a nicer bloke. Thank you lads.

A fantastic and efficient service from start to finish with Phil and his team in Corbridge, to Jimmy and Tyler (his apprentice ) completing the work on the hall and kitchen floors. They were so professional and explained exactly what they would be doing and when so felt really well informed. Very tidy workers ( especially given they had a dam proof course to do as-well). Really great team, would definitely recommend this company , really thrilled with the job . Thanks Phil, Jimmy and Tyler!

Yet again a fabulous experience with Floorscope. From Todd doing the measurements and going through options in the showroom, to Jake and Kieran doing a wonderful job fitting stairs and landing carpet. The guys were professional and tidy, and who doesn’t love the smell of new carpet?
Can’t wait for hall floor to be done next week.

We have used Floorscope for multiple rooms in our house. I have always found the team to be extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We recently moved into a 250 year old property in Corbridge that needed a complete renovation including the replacement of carpets and the vinyl floor coverings. Floorscope had recently opened a shop in the village so we spoke with the Manager, Paul, visited the showroom and decided that they were the ideal supplier for both the carpets and floor covering. The moment we stepped through the door until the work was finished the service we received was truly exceptional; every one we spoke to was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient from Phil the owner, the manager Paul, to the fitters.

The floorcoverings in the kitchen and dining room were fitted first followed by the carpets in the bedrooms, staircase and sitting room. The carpet fitters (Jake and Keiran) were extremely good, very friendly & hard working, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. Due to the age of the property no floors are completely level or square so the fitting was very challenging but the carpets were completed on time, are beautiful and have exceeded our expectations. Floorscope may not be the cheapest but in our view they provide an exceptional service, value for money and quality of work that cannot be matched.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Floorscope, from Phil initially visiting us to offer advice and assistance on what we could do with the options provided, to George fitting the floor, superb service, extremely professional, very reasonably priced and will certainly be using Floorscope again for future flooring requirements
