This is my 2nd review
This is my 2nd review. The first visit I said they were very professional and helpful. However when I returned back with an unused pack of laminate. It took ages to be served. Different when purchasing. I then had to pay a restocking fee which I was told would be £6 but ending up being 25% of the purchase. Overall not great made me think twice about returning for any future purchases.

We’ve spoken with the store who advised you provided measurements of 11m2 but you only used 9.95m2 hence you had a box of flooring spare at the end of your installation. We do ask for measurements so we can ensure customers get the correct amount of flooring required as we do have a restocking fee for returned materials.
We’re sorry you had to wait to be served, the staff were assisting other customers when you were in the store. We hope that despite the restocking fee, you are happy with your new floor.

I visited the store last week and had a great experience thanks to Sean. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make sure I was choosing the right product. I was struggling with the measurements I brought into the store, but Sean helped me work them out clearly so I could purchase my new floor! Thanks Sean.
Overall, it was a really positive shopping experience, and I would definitely shop here again. Great customer service!

Definitely recommend
Great experience from start to finish. I had the old carpet removed, the new carpet and underlay fitted and the door adjusted for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The in store experience was good too as John was friendly and made sure I was well informed about what I'd ordered and the process. I will definitely use them again .
