I originally left a 1‑star review due to a problem with my laminate flooring lifting shortly after installation. I’m pleased to update this to a full 5‑star review, as The Floor Store reacted quickly once made aware of the issue. Their fitter returned and corrected the problem, and the laminate now looks exactly as it should.
I also want to highlight the fantastic service from Adrian, the carpet fitter arranged by the store. His communication was excellent throughout, and he did a brilliant job — professional, reliable, and genuinely skilled.
I’m not someone who gives bad reviews lightly, and I’m equally happy to update them when things are put right. Thank you to The Floor Store for resolving the issue promptly and for providing great service overall.

This is my second time buying laminate flooring and as usual Manny has been very helpful. Definitely recommend buying your laminate floorings from here, may I add that my parents also bought their laminate floorings 20 years ago! And still in good use!!
