I bought some BNB and tried to convert them into any coin and i get an error. I send them 5 emails about the issue and it’s week number too and i didn’t even got a reply from them. I’m really disappointed and they shouldn’t be in business if they can’t handle the basic support issues…

In your previous response, you mentioned you contacted an email address with a non-affiliated platform, which also explains why you received no response from us.
Regarding the error on the swap - without knowing what error you received, it's hard to give you an answer. That said, there are many reasons why you may have an error which is unaffiliated with the platform, such as low liquidity within the token you want to trade, issues with the token contract, insufficient funds to complete the trade, and more. You'd need to provide us with more information to be more helpful.
