I ordered a basic pair of gold havianas. I never received them. I tried contacting them twice, only to be totally ignored. To this date there has been no communication from them and no flip flops!
UPDATE: Just received my item, ordered June 7th and received July 16th.
Poor service all round.

Bought a pair of havaianas 3 weeks ago and I have no news since then. I've already asked for support, but received no answer. Deeply disappointed.

I ordered a basic pair of flipflops, but after 3 weeks still no information. No tracking of my order. Customer service just says they need time to track the order.
Stay away from this seller!

Ordered over 4 weeks ago and still not received 2 pairs of havianas. Beginning to think that the company is a scam. No response to numerous emails chasing order status, no notification that they have even been despatched. They just take your money and hear nothing !

Took 7 weeks to deliver. No response from them when I chased them for an update, and the tracking info status doesnt seem to change. There are so many bad reviews about this company, most having had a similar experience as me, and some who don't ever receive their items. Im very surprised at the recent influx of good reviews, and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from flopstore to take their money elsewhere. Aside from the delivery issues, the shoes I purchased are most certainly the wrong size, or fakes. I find havaianas tend to come up big but I can't even get my feet into the shoes. Can't see any point in trying to return them so I'll chalk this one up to experience and never buy from flopstore again

Items not delivered after 8 weeks. Wrote to Flop Store four times no reply. SCAM

order was made on April 17th payment was done at the same time. ... still "under mail preparation" without any answers from the sellers ...

Do not use, money taken and nothing delivered. I ordered a single pair of Havaianas only to receive a email saying that my billing address was incorrect (it wasn’t) and my order was canceled. My card was billed so after 4 or 5 emails and several attempts to call the phone number I had to instruct the credit card company to resolve it for me. I believe this is a scam, unfortunately I didn’t read some of the other reviews before ordering. Scam.

I have been waiting well over 6/7 weeks for my order and no sign. The money was taken from my account immediately. I had a response from their sales team after 3 weeks to tell me order had been shipped. I contacted again but have had no response. Buyers beware.

Shipped fast, but unfortunately it was not authentic Havaianas, I got my first pair of new style of Havaianas from Saks Fifth Avenues, later saw different color of that style on Flopstore, ordered , got them fast, but completely different quality, it was obvious they were fake, that’s what you get for cheaper price..

7 weeks and still no flip flops. I am in the UK, flop store took £30 from my account and blame covid, tell me they are on their way.

You need to either stop selling to UK customers or at least tell them of the unacceptable delays.

I just can give another warning not to order something from Flopstore. After my first review on Trustpilot I recieved another generated response e-mail - 3.May-still no money back and my delivery never turned up. It´s now over a month I orderd.

I'm making it my business to write a review on any and every forum I can for Flopstore. I ordered 2 Haviiana (spelling?) flip flops and NEVER recieved them. That's not the worst part. I emailed them 12 times and they never responded. Only generated responses. I used afterpay so I had to.contact my bank and afterpay. Honestly a waste of time energy and money. I'm still waiting for my credit from my dispute but please dont order from this company. I'm telling you they will create a tracking number and never ship your order out. The worst experience online in a longgggg time

Product never arrived, no email no reply!! No answer when calling avoid at all costs! Take your money and ignore you!

I am still waiting to return the pair of slippers that I bought from Flopstore. It says to request an RMA at the bottom of their website but there is nowhere on their website that shows where to get this. So right now I am not sure how to initiate the return of the pair of slippers before the 30 days.

It appears that their US customers enjoy a faster service so perhaps they should just focus on that market.

Not sure why they don't respond to email and social media messages yet there is not telephone contact!!

This store is a complete scam! Do not buy from them! I'm going to contact the police so they know it is a complete and utter scam!

All these other reviews seem fake. All these reviewers have only ever wrote one review. IGNORE THEM. Economy delivery to the UK is meant to take 4 days-2 weeks it says on their website. I ordered on the 1st of april and have not had an email with any dispatch update or tracking. The company is ignoring my emails and it’s past the two weeks now. These were meant to be a birthday present for my mum so i’m fuming. DO NOT ORDER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU.

I am from Singapore and i ordered 2 pairs of havaianas power 2.0 during Christmas 2020 (yes about 3.5 months ago) and they just arrived yesterday. After reading some bad reviews here, and not receiving any confirmation email or tracking info when i ordered, I had written them off and thought I would never receive them. but I did, just 3.5 months later.

Ordered from the uk - paid for expidited delivery - 10 days on 2 mails sent - no update - no response. Do not purchase from these if based in the UK or Europe.
