3. I had no response from you.
4. I thanked you for not replying.
Now you are now somewhat accusing me about my “ tone” of reply. Also that you were intending to invite me for an interview next week….what about today ? The date you asked me.
I wish this correspondence to be forwarded to your Senior. Please do me the honour of providing the contact details of your senior.
I am certainly not desperate for employment, I’m retired, just want a position to keep me occupied with recompense.

I love Flora Original and have been using it for many years for baking and spreading, Lately I have noticed that there are two types of Flora Original - one is bright yellow and the other light and normal-looking. On one occasion the bright yellow Flora was too salty.
The bright yellow on several occasions has caused me dizziness, lightheadedness and a general feeling of being unwell immediately after eating my breakfast of toast and tea. These symptoms last for a few hours, where my head feels heavy. I have managed to keep track of where I purchased the bright yellow Flora - Iceland and Asda. The normal Flora I have bought in Sainsbury's and Tesco. Why is this so? Where are Iceland and Asda getting their Flora from?

I placed an order 1/7/2026 for Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki Olives – First Cold Pressed – 3L as advertised online on Flora Foods.com, after 2 weeks of argument of trying to get a shipping tracking #, I was told when they have it in stock it will be shipped, I asked for cancelation and it was refused for over 2 weeks, Jan. 20, 2026 I received a package by UPS Tracking # 1Z0K7D48YW12537600, I opened it and it was a totally different than what I ordered, the oil can was opened and sealed with a tape, so I poured some in a glass and it was totally different oil quality and does not smell like olive oil, it was very light oil, so I took a photo of it and I contacted Flora Foods immediately and left them a voice message after trying to get hold of someone to talk to, no one ever answer the phone, so I went online and I opened a help chat which it was useless too, it was an answering system only, not real people, so here I am, I disputed the charges on my credit card co. and I hope I when the case.

Of course the only reason to change the product is how much profit they are making , Flora knew full well that the original spread was excellent and sold in bucket loads so why change a good thing and alienate customers ?
For heavens sake, what about the consumer! Any number of American companies are usually sharks and sadly Flora follow in their footsteps. Better to have put the price up a bit than sell an inferior product which is exactly what they are doing .

The cherry peppers were all red, no green as advertised. They tasted spoiled like they had been kept in a warm environment. They were all skin and no flesh and very small in size. I have also been blocked from their website with no explaination.

I recently bought flora pastry butter cookies from Amazon. They were boxed in their original flora box. They came along in a box with other items that Amazon had packed well. When I opened the box from flora, all the cookies except for a few, were broken and mist were reduced to crumbs. You couldn’t even eat the salvaged ones because they all tasted of crumbs from the different flavors. They were terrible cookies! They didn’t have any butter taste and tasted like more of a sugar cookie. Don’t buy these, they taste terrible! I paid $14.99 for this disaster. They need too pack their cookies better for shipping.
The absolute worst customer service ever!
I have never, ever had such a terrible and disappointing customer service experience. Problems with the website led to three duplicate orders. I entered three different inquiries on three different days with no response whatsoever. I placed a phone call and was disconnected by a human at "customer service". Later I left a voicemail with no response. There are other places with good products who want my business.

I attempted to thicken up the double cream and this took 30 minutes and realised it was not going to make it as thick cream to put into my cake, it was still runny. I then opened another carton with a different date and number and that was the same! I then had to melt butter and add clotted cream in order to make the cream stiff enough to put into my victoria sandwich cake. I feel cheated as this has happened to me now on three occasions and I believe that your quality systems are breaking down and allowing sub-standard goods to leave your manufacturing plant. Used to buy flora for years. Since they changed formula, it is way too hard to spread in bread ect, trying different ones niw tp get a easy spread which wont break up bread ect while spreading. Why di they have to keep changing things.

The cake / biscuit batter looks amazing before cooking but it doesn’t bake well, the outcomes are stodgy, heavy and the cake sinks. It resembles an uncooked cake and is incredibly disappointing. I won’t be using it for baking anymore. Too many poor results.
