Totally Avoid!!! Awful company

Totally Avoid!!!

I ordered woman intimate supplements after them being out of stock for months. When my order arrived after 48 hours after ordering, I opened the parcel to find they had sent the wrong supplements. When i first contacted them about the issue they replied within 2 days and said the replacement order would be sent out to me. I waited a week for it to arrive, nothing arrived. I emailed again to ask if they had actually sent out a replacement order to be told it will be with me the next day. Again nothing turned up. Again I contacted them about getting a refund. This time I got silence. I emailed them, I even went to lengths to get a response through social media, they had read my messages but did not reply. I sent them multiple messages and emails asking for a refund and told them my rights and threatened them with trading standards. This got a response with "Hi your order should have arrived with you, last week. Please can you confim?" I replied telling them that if I had actually received my order I wouldn't have to be contacting them so i want a refund for the product i never recived. Again I had silence. They even went to the extent of blocking me on Facebook because I left them a bad review. I reported them to trading standards and have now gone through my bank to get a refund. This has gone on for 6 weeks! This company has now blocked all point of contact to avoid giving the refund!

To any one who's drawn to this product please just don't waste your time. You will either end up with the wrong order or you just wont receive the products at all let alone get a refund. They are now under investigation with trading standards.

Expired Products

Signed up for a subscription service in May 2026, first months supply arrived, after taking afew tablets, I noticed the expiry date was Feb 2026 ( not made date, actually expiry date ) Sent email regarding this, 3 days later, still no reply, so have cancelled subscription.

Still waiting for a refund after nearly 3 weeks!

Subscription charged with no warning so they have taken money from account and the product is not even in stock and has not been for over 2 weeks! I’ve emailed numerous times for a refund as I do not want the product and they have zero stock of it anyway. They keep replying ignoring my issue. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since you’ve taken my money, you cannot supply the product. I don’t want it anyway! Please refund me! Avoid this company. Shocking customer service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Questionable Business Practicesmy…

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Floradapt UK. After receiving an unwanted purchase, I have contacted them repeatedly through email and their website messages to request a return. Each and every attempt has been met with complete silence. There is absolutely NO return address provided on their website, and despite numerous messages, I have never received a single acknowledgement or response to my return request.
This is unacceptable. The total lack of communication, absence of return information, and failure to acknowledge customers shows a blatant disregard for basic business ethics and consumer rights. Frankly, this does NOT look like a legitimate or trustworthy operation. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and the company comes across as *shady* and unreliable.

I strongly caution other potential customers: based on my experience, Floradapt UK demonstrates zero accountability and should be avoided until they prove otherwise.

Product mind balance is excellent I'm a returning customer been using them for over a year. This helps so much with my brain fog works instantly for me. I don't have a subscription but I did before had to go through Facebook chat to cancel it but got it sorted. I just pay a little bit more and not stuck with endless stock. Only problem is every year the stock seems to run out this happened last year around summer now its the same again. So I will have to wait until in stock. I have always got my delivery's on time never had any problem. I would stick to them even though there are a few issues, best product I have ever used

Same bad experience as others

Same bad experience as others. No way to cancel subscription on website. Subscription orders sent without warning. No response to repeated emails until I threatened trading standards. Dishonest and immoral business practices. Avoid!

Don't subscribe with them

I have subscribed with them for gut support supplement. I wanted to cancel my subscription as I did not want the supplement anymore, it didn't make much difference.
I have emailed Floradapt several times asking to cancel my subscription, no reply. There is no contact number provided. In my last emailed I prewarned them that I will leave a bad review if I don't receive any reply or my subscription is not cancelled.

Total scam

Total scam. This brand is a joke. They take your money and disappear. There's no way to cancel the subscription easily, and they completely ignore emails and messages — I’ve contacted them more than five times with zero response. It's clear they’re just stealing from customers and hoping people give up. Shady, dishonest, and absolutely pathetic. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. This isn’t just bad business — it’s straight-up theft.

Scammers- took my money, never sent item, can’t contact them.

I ordered some probiotics, they emailed me to say they were out of stock and would be posted to me in a couple of weeks. The product was never dispatched and the company are incredibly difficult to get hold of. My emails started to bounce back from their email address and there is no number to call, didn’t respond to the contact form on the website either. I eventually got through via instagram, they told me they couldn’t issue a refund because the order was placed too long ago, so they asked me to request a refund through PayPal, which to this day they still haven’t responded to. They also told me there was no proof via Royal Mail that it wasn’t dispatched/delivered so I had to download the Shop app to prove to them they never sent it. They now don’t respond to my messages on social media either so currently they have had my money for almost a year, never sent the product and I can’t contact them.

Absolutely disgusted with this company…

Absolutely disgusted with this company who have no means of contacting them as they do not respond to emails or messages. Very difficult if not impossible to cancel subscription as website does not allow and money taken from my account without the product being sent.
Looks like I’ve been ‘robbed’ of £25 as no way of getting in touch to claim refund. AVOID at all costs.

Can’t manage subscriptions!!!

Floradapt UK used to be easy to navigate, subscribe and unsubscribe for any of their products. Now they go with Shopify to manage subscriptions, which I can’t get to the subscriptions part; hence why I think something is going on.
Floradapt doesn’t have a phone number to call directly.
Their email is phony. You send it but some time after your provider says they cannot reach their server but will try again the next 22, 44 hours or whatever the time you sent the email.

I can’t say they are a scam because I have received my item every month for a while. But now that I want to cancel the subscription, I can’t do it.
Can someone say what I can do? Because I’m a bit lost at the moment.

Edit 25-March-2024: After many attempts to cancel my subrciption I finally found where the issue was coming from. I was paying with "Shop" app, or "Shopify" (website). To cancel the subscription you have to remove "Shop/Shopify" and then go to "Manage my subscriptions" in Floradapt's website and cancel your subscription.
I still think the process is tricky and not straightforward. To create or cancel any subscription the process should be easy and short.
Dealing with it for weeks (minimum 4 weeks), I can say it was all but easy. And the email that can't be delivered, the "no reply/answer" from Floradapt all this time makes me think and realise Floradapt doesn't care at all about Customer service. I am very disappointed with them and don't think I'll ever use their website and products any more.

i did not receive my order

I placed my first order on June 20, 2023, and I am yet to receive it, as of July 11th, 2023. I tried to cancel my subscription, but I have not been able to, I am worried if this is a real company, as they have my card details.
