do not even consider using

ordered sympathy card and paid extra for next day delivery (17/01/23). As other reviews - heard nothing. requested update via webform. Arrived where card should have arrived a week later - definitely not received. Embarrassment as all other sympathy cards etc there but not ours. Now 11/02/23 have received e-mail to say order pending - I really hope not - its a bit too late for sympathy & the funeral is in 2 days!! still waiting for refund.

I placed an order on 9th December which still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent emails, left messages on the mobile number given on their website but they are so rude not even acknowledging my concern and not picking up the phone is just so unprofessional

Never delivered

I ordered a floralcard for my friend who had a traumatic accident on 26th july she has still not received it.15/8 paid £25 by pal pay. I have emailed them with no reply and tried to use their contact us but that seems to be in a loop, goes no where. Very disappointed would not suggest anyone uses this company.

AVOID !purchased flowers 12th July for delivery 24th . Money debited from PayPal account - no order confirmation from floralcard and no delivery of flowers - shocking and disappointing service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My daughter-in-law has just received…

My daughter-in-law has just received her floral card and sent me a picture. It’s nothing like the one Floral card advertised. It’s very drab with 8 dreary looking flowers,
I’m ashamed for her to have received this shocking gift from me , they were not cheap! I have asked for a refund but I don’t really think that will happen.
Surprise! - they have now refunded me in full which is great, but it still spoiled the occasion. I have since sent her a bouquet from another flower shop.
