Completely untrustworthy. Clearly a scam.

Completely untrustworthy but with warning signs of this everywhere. Thus, in hindsight, I should have seen red lights when they accepted an order the afternoon before a delivery 800 kms away, when you read that the “shop” is inside a hotel, yet open 24 hours a day every day, or when the “customer care” telephone number is “non existent”. Of course the flowers arrived late, and I refused them at the door. No refund given. As always, one then goes back to the reviews and sees the unmitigated disaster of the company it is. If you HAVE to use them, then make sure you use PAYPAL to have a chance of your money back.

Utterly disappointing experience.

I ordered a flower bouquet for delivery on February 28, but it arrived two days later. By the time it was delivered, the flowers had clearly run out of water – the rose buds were already withered and damaged. This is absolutely not what you expect when paying nearly €80. The bouquet looked more like a discounted clearance arrangement worth far less.

Flowers are not a product that can simply be delivered late without consequences. Timing is essential, and in this case, the entire purpose of the order was undermined.

What is even more frustrating is the customer service. Initially, they were very responsive and quick to reply. However, after the issue became clear, there has been complete silence for weeks despite multiple follow-ups.

Overall, both the delivery service and the handling of the complaint have been highly disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from here.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, that would be perfect!

I ordered flowers on January 29th for my sweetheart for Valentine's Day. They were delivered two and a half days later!

No apologies, no compensation!

My order, 3110363, is still in transit.
My flowers have been prepared since Monday.
It's Wednesday! Do you think a bouquet stays fresh for so many days?!...
Poor choice Floraqueen!
My orders from 2023 and 2024 arrived safely, but this year was a joke!
I'm sorry, I don't know what changes you made in logistics, but you can't communicate, you can't change anything, they don't deliver - but you took the money instantly!!!
Traumatic experience! Seriously!
I am curious when you will deliver my flowers….

No contact possible no delivery

My sister who lives in Canada sent me flowers and wine for my birthday. It never got delivered although FedEx says they did.
She was not able to reach them, they never answered. Could not call them. Very bad service. 90 dollar down the drain.

The phone line being provided is non accessible

The phone line being provided in order to get in touch with the company is simply misleading.
I 've been waiting for 11 minutes, for an estimated time of 2 minutes only to not have my call answered by an operator and be prompted to contact Floraqueen via their online form.
A let down as my order is "being prepared" over the last 3 hours ( a bouquet of flowers and a card ) and I wanted to check when will the order be delivered as the address is a non residential one.

I have used this service in the past…

I have used this service in the past but two of my orders were delivered late and looked nothing like the pictures. After two years I decided to give them another chance and the order has still not been delivered. I had made another order with interflora just incase and the service there was exceptional. Give this company a wide birth.
