Bad customer service
After sleeping 1 night on the floa sleep pillow I had excruciating neck pain. I emailed and sent a chat message 3 times but have yet to hear from them. They advertise a response time of 2 to 3 hours. They also advertise a money back guarantee neither of which they have followed thru with. I will remove this review of this company responds appropriately.
