Ik vind het echt lelijk als er op de website gratis verzending staat en je vervolgens voor een retour minimaal 6,- euro moet betalen. Niks gratis verzending dus. Ik vind de kleding echt top, maar wilde even een proefbestelling doen. Meteen de laatste dus …

Hi Belinda, wat jammer om te horen dat ons verzend- en retourbeleid je tegenvalt. Excuses als dit verwarrend kan overkomen.
Zoals vermeld op onze website is verzending gratis vanaf €100. Bij bestellingen onder dit bedrag rekenen we €5,95 verzendkosten. Retourzendingen zijn op eigen kosten.
We waarderen het dat je onze kleding mooi vindt en vinden het jammer dat je hierdoor misschien geen bestelling meer overweegt. Mocht je nog vragen hebben, dan horen we die graag.
Hopelijk mogen we je in de toekomst toch eens verwelkomen!

Altijd goede service en leuke artikelen! Ik kom al 4 jaar in de schoonheidssalon. Floor is altijd professioneel en de producten/ behandelingen zijn erg aan te raden! Altijd gezellig om terug te komen :)
