Can't deliver the art, or sell it

I purchased some art between 2021 & 2023, which they had agreed a goal to sell: I heard nothing and no feedback on any sales. Having heard rumours that they were exiting the market (and their accounts being filed late), I requested delivery of my art in April 2025. It is very difficult to make contact with them - at that time and afterwards: phone number usually goes to voicemail, or even just blocked. E-mails to their e-mail address rarely get a response, or you get a mailbox-full rejection. Clearly very short staffed at best.
I have had numerous excuses as to why delivery (or collection by me) can't be done yet. Also the art (if it exists) isn't being stored where you would expect it to be stored and is apparently having to be gathered from all over the place.
Certainly not being run as a credible business. If they want to improve they need to at least be able to pick up the phone, answer e-mails and be able to deliver art (and certificates of provencance) as a starting point.

Buy back claimable one year after inception but not honoured

Along withPictorum Capitalis these people offered a buy back claimable one year after inception I was unhappy he split my investment over 2 paintings (not the way to invest). The person I dealt with is no longer with the company, and Lucy took over as my relationship manager. I did not insist on enforcing the contract which I should have done! so when Lucy took over she did everything to make up for the situation, I previously judged her unfairly, however she got me a new painting at my full investment value, and I will take delivery of it when I get back to UK in last week in October.
I was not smart , - do not do what I did.
I have changed my review because when I wrote it, I was angry at another company who promised the same buy-pack, even agreed to pay me, then didn't pay, and with a fresh perspective and effective communications with Lucy, I think I was unfair, and this review is a more equitable/useful review

An expert chooses (say) £10,000 worth of art for you

I updated my review again, because it gives an unfair view of my Agent, Lucy. Infact the person I dealt vwith initially is no longer with the company.
I am working with Lucy to engineer my exit from the market, and she could not have been more helpful.
The business premis revolves around the idea that another individual can choose (say)£10,000 worth of art on your behalf, If that is for you, then go ahead with these people. They did their job well, precept is not for me.my opinion is untenable.
You must decide for yourself (of course)
Now that we need to enter a date for a transaction:
Because it is more than a year, the date of my experience provided here is inaccurate.
