A trustworthy company that I have repeatedly used on holidays to Florida.

I found a cheaper price elsewhere which was swiftly matched following an email and call back.

I found the whole procedure very straightforward which was made very easy by the very helpful guy on the other end of the phone. There were various questions I needed to ask and all were answered fully and to my satisfaction. I was told the confirmation voucher would arrive by email and sure enough 10 minutes later it was there. If picking up the car in Orlando airport runs as smoothly then I will be really impressed.

When booking I find it very quick and easy, to review all of the various options.
My only negative would be that I sent an e mail last year on return from my holiday. Which to date I have not received a reply.

Change my car before i went away for a car that was bigger and cheaper at no extra charge. When I got to the to the desk at MCO, no pressure to take out extra insurance etc just picked my car up at airport and away i went, dropping car off after vacation at different airport ( RSW) no problem.

A fast efficient reliable and price conscious car hire company, using a top brand Alamo.

Compared many sites and found this to be very competitive. Initially used the 'live chat' facility to answer a number of queries and found it quick and useful. Then spoke on the phone to Robert to discuss price matching. He offered excellent advice and I purchased car hire directly from him. All relevant confirmations arrived within seconds by email. Only a minimal deposit was taken and there was no charge for using a credit card. So far so good.

I have used Floridacarhire twice before, 10 and 11 years ago and had no hesitation in choosing them again this time. Despite having checked in online, I was directed to the Alamo desk where I was offered a vehicle which I felt very inferior to the one I had booked. Much discussion and negotiation followed resulting in me having to pay another £350 on top of what I had already paid to get a vehicle I was happy with. So, I thought I would take it up with Floridacarhire and that was the real problem. 3 emails have been completely ignored leaving me no option but to award them this one star rating.

Been using them for 8/10 years never had a problem.

I was recommended this website from a previous user and I have to say I was not disappointed. I found a cheaper quote with the same hire company if I booked direct. So I called Floridacarhire to inform them and they gave me a slightly better price taking only a small deposit and I can pay the rest 6 weeks before we go, different to paying it all up front had I booked with the company direct. Very helpful advisor on the phone too. Perfect!

This is the first time that I have booked with Florida Car Hire and I must say I have been very impressed.
Rob returned my call and answered any questions that I had, but most importantly gave me some good tips and advise.
In summary -- A very pleasant and helpful individual, with most importantly a good product and price.
