Excellent from day of booking.

We have used Florida Car Hire For Less twice now and the pre holiday customer service, on holiday communication and after care has been 5*. I changed my mind on what sort of vehicle I wanted after booking and honestly they changed it with no fees, no issues and found us the best prices.
We had an issue with the rental company not having our vehicle on one of our trips and though it was 11pm back in the UK Nathan sorted this for us and got us on the road in an alternate vehicle as soon as he could.
We genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else now and are looking forward to our upcoming booking with them.

I don't think you can get better service. Nathan helps all the way.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Nathan. We booked a car a couple of weeks ago but today I was worried about the collection and return times at Orlando. I emailed my concerns and within 5 minutes Nathan rang and changed our times and sent new paperwork. Totally reassured first time visitors.

The BEST Rental site, do not book with anyone else other then these. If you have rented cars in Florida before you will know that the rental desks put pressure on you to purchase insurances when you get there that your booking does not include, the rentals from this site include all insurances and you get no pressure at the rental desk! Everything is transparent and there are no hidden fees! Its nice to see a car rental site not scamming people for once, keep up the good work!

Was a little sceptical, however fears were totally unfounded. Great service and really good prices.

I have used several times for Florida and Las Vegas. The customer service is 5 🌟. Great communication from booking and price watching when booked !! I would definitely recommend to all.

Had a late change to our flight time so needed to alter the pick up and drop off times for the car. Nathan sorted in minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will certainly use next time we are there.

Nathan’s customer service is outstanding and he is always very responsive.
Nothing was too much trouble and one or two issues, not his fault, were ironed out straight away. Very highly recommended and each time we go to Florida we will use him for car hire. 😊

Florida car hire were amazing throughout our whole booking! Before we travelled they helped to change our vehicle at short notice due to a mistake by me, they then were on hand to help when the car hire company were trying to get more money out of us and the finally during the recent hurricane they were on hand to allay and fears we had during our holiday. I honestly have no hesitation recommending this fantastic company that really care about its customers.
Oh and the price was surprisingly low also

Absolute 1st class service received. Booked a vehicle for 3 weeks in August 24, booked in May 24 at a price of £1,200. Paid my deposit and just a few days before my balance was due got a mail saying it had gone gown to £950 so my outstanding balance was reduced by £250. I didn't do a thing the price reduction was just offered to me. I had seen it in the advert "if price reduced we reduce the invoice" but thought to myself, that will never happen. But it did !!!. Honestly the £1,200 was a good price and comparable to market rate for an Alamo vehicle with skip the counter service with full insurance. As additional info the service from Alamo was also fantastic. Im already planning my 2026 trip and I 100% will be booking here again.

From start to finish the process of hiring a car with Nathan was straightforward, transparent and had the personal touch.
After giving my requirements Nathan gave me 4 options to choose from, outlining which rental companies it would be with, the type of car I could expect and the level of insurance that was included.

They also came in £300 cheaper than any other quotes I received.

I will definitely use again in the future.
