We are in California, and our family member was in tough times in Fort Lauderdale. He's a disabled veteran, unable to care for his home, his house was in very poor deteriorating condition, and the City had a $150K lien on the house for front yard code violations.

FL Cash Home Buyers was the first call I made, and Max walked me through the process and gave me a preliminary offer. I thought that it couldn't be true, but it ended up coming very close Another company's offer was less than half!

Paola and Jose helped us through the process and maintained good communication, even though we were 3000 miles away. It took a while to get the lien cleared, but Paola facilitated a handyman to help meet the City's requirements while I negotiated with the City.

I had the total misfortune of dealing with somebody named LINET. And I highly recommend that you run not walk if that is who contacts you in regards to purchasing your home. She sent me a written cash offer.. Which I should realize was fake from the beginning. Because she offered $ 2,000 more than I asked for. But unfortunately I didn't so she and her bogus cash offer to buy my house didn't help me in any way it actually cost me quite a bit of money after she sent me a text letting me know that her manager said they couldn't honor her offer and wanted to reduce it by $30,000 and not close for 90 days and if you look at their website, the possibility of a 90 day closing it's never once mentioned. As a matter of fact they speak more about how they can close in 5-10 days. But the closing day really doesn't matter anyone reading this review should focus more on the $30,000 supposed error that her manager caught of hers. The unprofessionalism of both Linet & FL Cash Home Buyers isn't just cruel it's criminal run do not walk away from this company. And as a side note as I was typing this review right before I hit submit I received a text from LINET telling me about comps in my neighborhood and why the offer was reduced. So they're clearly in the practice of making offers and then doing their homework and research after the fact. Again very unprofessional

They will offer absolutely no money for your home, to the point of them actually losing business.
They just want to make massive amounts of money with your property, absolute predatory quotes. If you are not desperate, don't ever consider this.
Don't waste your time like I did.

I was in a situation that I did not want to be in because I had a brother that was very selfish, alcoholic and one you would not want to live with who never owned anything.
