Absolutely fantastic company, had been searching for holiday to florida for week and weeks that wasn't going to bankrupt us, from the very beginning Peter was so easy to talk too and patient with all the questions we asked, he couldn't do enough to get us the best deal possible beating all others companies we had checked with out the water with price, once we decided which flight and villa we went and booked it, everything was so easy and even after booking I can still email or phone him with questions and always get an answer either same day or day after, I wouldn't hesitate referring Florida Sorted to family and friends and especially recommend asking for Peter.

Florida Sorted is one of best agents I have come across. Very stress free dealing with Jay. He was very positive and put my mind at rest immediately. It was a busy period for flights but he managed to get me a great deal on Virgin Atlantic. Not only that, his services went beyond that, he managed to get a good seat on flight and helped check in + boarding pass. Peter who has helped me a lot made the booking so easy, he asked questions or if I needed any help along the way. He also has got me a good deal on my holiday plus the rental car. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they seem the cheapest also from what I was seeing. They are so helpful and has patience, I’m fussy about my holidays but it didn’t even bother Peter. Brill company I’d book with these every-time I go to America.

All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently always very helpful when I requested child's meals it was sorted straight away seats in the plane weren't exactly what we wanted but was sorted straight away they were very helpful throughout my booking would recommend jay D to sort your holiday for you great people skills always happy to oblige

Booked a package holiday to Orlando with them for 2027. The service I received from Liam was absolutely first class and could not be happier.
