I HAD NEVER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE SO LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS OF THOSE WHO HAD AND DECIDED TO PURCHASE ONE LOT OF TICKETS FIRST. THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO USE AND ORDER ON AND THE TICKETS ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME ARRANGED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Disappointing that we were not advised we could book fast passes in advance via the internet. Only found this out on the flight home when chatting to passengers sitting beside us on the plane! As a result there were many many rides we could not get on with waiting times between 1 and 2 hours and all fast passes already allocated despite arriving at parks as they opened. with 5 children-2 of whom were 2 and 5 it was impossible to queue for that length of time and we had very disappointed children.

Not knowing what I really needed I phoned the office and a very informative and helpful man, sorry can't remember his name, answered all my queries and helped me book just what I needed for my family. Tickets arrived promptly and despite still worrying all the way to the gates on first day they worked perfectly in all venues and for all attractions as advertised on all days. Can't praise this company enough. Will definitely be booking with this company again when we return to florida. Well done to all your staff!

Ordered two, two day tickets for universal and IOA from Florida ticket discounts, when I went to pay it told me the transaction had not gone through, not once but twice. So I ordered the same tickets from Florida Tix no problems. But wait a couple of days later I get tickets from both companies and guess what both are run by Florida Tix. Phone the company up explained what had happened, no problems send one set back and we will refund your monies less £60 cancellation fee, which I was unaware of until I got the receipt from them on there return.
So watch out if it says your transaction has not gone through I suggest you check with your bank/ credit card/Paypal etc to see if in fact monies have been withdrawn before ordering any others as you may get a shock on the plus side they do arrive quick

From the initial telephone call to receiving the tickets the service has been excellent and very good value.
