Transfers in Miami
Each time I travel to Miami I use Florida Transfers, as they are always punctual, accommodating and their vehicles are spacious for the amount of luggage that we carry. Karen is always really helpful when booking and they provide a very competitive price each time compared with other transfer companies.

Drivers didn't turn up - don't use
Our driver taking us to the airport did not arrived and the telephone number given to contact for any issues doesn't accept incoming calls!!!
We were left to order alternative transportation at an extra cost and having to submit a complaint to which we are still waiting to hear from.
Poor service and communication, would not recommend at all.

Driver didn't wait!
Pre-booked through Booking.com. Flight arrived on time at Miami International Airport. Received WhatsApp message from driver as soon as we got to Border Control to say they were already waiting. Replied to advise the queues were VERY long and we were very likely to be delayed (actually took a full hour to get to baggage hall due to lack of active gates).
Messaged driver again once outside terminal to advise exit door for pickup, but received reply to say we had 'exceeded wait time' and driver had left the airport without us!
Contacted driver's control who said they could arrange another pickup, but no one available immediately and we would need to pay the new driver directly. As it was now near 11pm (local time, 4am UK time) we decided to cancel the order and take a cab to our hotel.
On arrival at hotel we contacted Booking.com who agreed the driver should have waited and provided a full refund.

Booked for 4 people
Booked for 4 people. Arrival Driver only said she was to pick up 3. Said we would need to pay extra????
On return never heard from anyone the day before so got nervous and called. Dispatcher said would pick us up at 3;30 WHICH was the time our flight was to leave at FLL 30+ miles away??? Convinced her to have us picked up at 12pm. Again forced to pay an additional amount!!!

Lack of clarity on waiting charges
Booked in advance but 45minutes to get through US passport control before your taxi leaves is unrealistic. It appears our taxi left, and we got out after 2hrs they then sent an UBER driver (clearly marked on windscreen), charged us an additional $50 for the privilege, not informing of this until we reached our destination. Driver was clearly not waiting as we had to wait for him to arrive outside and no meet and greet as expected. The driver could not speak English at all so was difficult to understand why the extra charge was being levied. If I had wanted an UBER driver I would have booked direct rather than be overcharged via a booking service.
