i regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was made at approximately 9PM despite the stated delivery window being between 9AM-6PM. This significant delay was unacceptable. Furthermore, the flower arrangement delivered did not match the design or quality that I has ordered and expected. This was particularly disappointing. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve your services moving forward.

The description said blush colored roses with gypsophilia but the bouquet arrived with red roses, green foliage and some white small flowers (not gypsophilia). Some of the rose petals have black edges. They dont look that fresh. I will still give you 3 stars because my mum loved it and the transport may have affected the freshness of the flowers.

Product is not the same as image.
Seller will just send you their product description which state that "THEY WILL TRY TO MATCH THE PRODUCT ORDERED". I paid $81 for it. the product is very far from what is shown in their website image.

Such a scam company. ( they will try to lower the cost just to get some profit $$$)

Very unhappy with their product and customer service unprofessional.

Ordered from the other side of the world, and they delivered the next day which is pretty amazing if we have to compare it to here in Europe.
They only thing I have to mention is that unfortunately the colors didn't match the request, and I can understand this under the circumstances.
Most important of all out of this experience, my wife was inmensly happy, and that's what it's all about, making her smile, even cry!
Overall a nine out of ten, thank you!

Super easy to order and delivery was right on time. The flowers were beautiful and great quality. I’ve used them twice now and both experiences have been seamless. I’m based overseas, so it means a lot to have a florist that makes it so easy for me to send something special to my mum back home. Highly recommend!

Purchased a gift for valentines day 2026 and delivery was guaranteed on 13 or 14 February. The delivery actually occured on 11 February - ruining the whole point of the gift. The business said they needed to deliver early to guarantee delivery - but had they disclosed this to me prior to purchase I would not have completed the order. The business refused a remedy. Many other businesses that can be used for similar service - avoid this one.

It arrived a day late for the Anniversary and it was not what I ordered - NOT HAPPY...

I made a late decision to brighten up my lady’s day with some roses.
My order was fulfilled as promised that same day, with a beautifully presented arrangement of roses with delicate infill.
My lady was quite literally beside herself with excitement. I was the first guy to ever give her flowers,

The flowers were very fresh and good quality
The gift also was lovely and good quality The delivery was on Time. The website was easy to use. The only downside was the high price and it was a shock when a delivery charge was also added I will use the service again but less frequently because of the price

They delivered on the date I wanted the roses to be delivered. Everytime, they're just reliable and consistent. The only thing that I want them to improve on is the accurate delivery status update. But I'd rate them 9/10 no doubt!

My girlfriend loved the bouquet, though the chocolate that comes with it wasn’t there. It also had a delayed delivery but it was all good.

the bouquet was delivered within the requested time frame but it was too different from what was ordered online. the color of both the main flowers (roses) and the wrappers are entirely different, the other plant elements are not as advertised either.

Lovely packaging and delivery with awesome flowers

I ordered flowers online as a surprise for my girlfriend. Before delivery, I contacted the company and clearly asked them to wait until I confirmed the delivery time. Unfortunately, they ignored my request and delivered the flowers while she was not at home.

The flowers were left outside for about a week and were completely damaged by the time she found them. They were no longer fresh or presentable, which was very disappointing since this was meant to be a special gift.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but in this case my clear instructions were not respected. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. Please be careful when ordering and make sure your delivery instructions are actually followed.

i am totally over the moon with this transaction . i have never seen my partner so happy . she cannot stop taking photos of her holding the flowers . i will be back . thank you guys
