I don’t normally leave reviews
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience crossed the line.
The advertising and branding are polished enough to make you believe you’re buying from a serious business. Unfortunately, the actual experience felt disorganized and careless.
Customer support was slow, unclear, and ultimately unhelpful. I was left feeling ignored more than once.
Garbage product
Garbage product, garbage service. The product quality is extremely poor, likely made in Vietnam. The overall shipping time was very long, and the product I received was damaged, with no compensation offered. A complete waste of my time and effort.
Great experience with Florivadom
I had a great experience with ordering in this store. The ordering process was simple, and the website was clear, concise and aesthetic. I highly recommend! :))
