Nightmare of a business

What an absolute nightmare of a business. Ordered four bags and returned three requesting a refund under ordinary customer rights. In reply I received a quite poisonous email about how my returns were hurting the small business. Nevertheless I returned the items, including one of inferior quality, and the refund was denied because the owner blamed me for the quality! Louise runs a small company that is destined to fail and quite honestly deserves to fail, if she sends poisonous emails to customers and refuses refunds. I intend to submit a s75 claim for my refund. Astonishing business conduct quite honestly.
