Appalling. No way to return items - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered 2 blouses June 22,2020 never received them and never received a refund after numerous attempts so I am out over $60.00 stupid me I should have researched.

l bought a dress for
£13.64
+£3.75 postage
but the quality of the materials used was shoddy cheap looking
so l wanted to return it to get a refund
they offered
Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund £12.07 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package

100% should be £13.64

Option2: We can send you a £8.45 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. At the same time you can keep the item
Option3: We can refund you £6.04 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item

Why would l want to keep ltem of such shoddy quality or order another bad quality item

So if l do return item it will have cost me £9.07 for something l do not want & have returned
because they say this
shipping fee, according to our policy, we hope you could understand that the return postage and the original shipping fee will be at your expense.

what a scam

First time ordering with floryday and have to say very pleased with the items of clothing all sizes were correct and fit lovely will definitely be ordering more thankyou 👌🏻

This is a very poor company in every way. The goods are of shoddy, cheap quality, nothing like the pictures, and the only part of the operation that went quickly and smoothly was Floryday taking my money. Therafter, it all slowed down - couple of weeks till I took delivery, then had to waste a lot of time working out their incredibly opaque return system, then four weeks from when I posted the goods (make sure you get proof of postage!) I finally received a refund of 60% of what I paid. Why only 60%? Your guess is as good as mine. Do not be taken in by the apparently attractive clothes on the website and do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Firstly my order didn’t arrive. I waited a month then emailed them. Eventually it arrived a week later.
Pictures looked great on Facebook but the quality of the materials used was cheap. I would have taken one look in a shop and dismissed the product .
I tried to send them back. It is so difficult to find the link on the web site then you have to apply and apply with irregular emails sent back. I still haven’t managed to get the form code etc to return the items.
The clothes design and photos look so good on Facebook and are very tempting. It’s a bad company I will never buy anything from them again as the customer service and returns are so bad . I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered .
They need to look at Amazon for a business model and take on their customer service policy; if they want a successful business .

This company is linked to evafamily they advertise the exact same clothes and they are certainly not what has been advertised. I complained and was offered 10% refund. I refused and asked for my money back as item was horrendous but no response. Cheap and nasty clothes

I ordered looked like knitwear, but turned out to be printed rayon, absolutely awful! Then I couldn’t find how to return them and have now given up - they will have to go to a charity shop. I am now older, wiser and angrier. Wish I’d looked at reviews first!

I used Florydays and wish I had researched the company first. The clothes were nothing like the photos. Very thin fabric and the cut was a joke. It cost me more to send the clothes back, to China! I did not get a full refund, was told it was because of customs charges.

The clothes are nothing like the images on the website. The sweater looked liked a chunky knit, but was just a print on polyester. Seems to be a scam company - beware.
I wouldn't even give it one star but no star didn't seem an option.

Florydays get one star for prompt answers to complaints and a feeble attempt to remedy the situation. I ordered a blouse, but got a different model than the one in the picture. Even the colour combination was different. I wrote and explained the problem with photo evidence. They answered with 3 options: 1) Return the item and get a 100% refund of product value but with the extra expense of initial overseas postage plus overseas return postage, which would have been ok, if it had been my mistake, but it wasn't.
2) a coupon code for 70% of the product value to be used against future purchase within a year. I can keep the item, but still at a cost for something I don't want.
3) A severely reduced refund (50% of the product value) and the possibility to keep the blouse delivered. But still with expenses for something I did not order and have no intention of using.
Several mails later, however, they offered a refund of the initial postal cost, since I had to pay the return postage. They seem to think that they have been extremely accommodating. They just don't admit to the real problem: They made a mistake, but they are trying to make me pay at least part of the expense for correcting it. And does the blouse ordered in fact exist? Or are these attractive pictures just a lure?
I have now informed them that I will not waste any more time or money on this and will never deal with them again.

My order came in 5 working days. I am so happy with my tops, nice quality and value for money. I will definitely buy from them again

I previously wrote a review complaining about the quality of the item I ordered. The customer service to give them credit did refund me fully for the item I had received and I did not have to return the item back to them. I am appreciative of that.

The clothes however do not look like those on their website.

I didn't buy anything as I noticed the photos are FAKE. Look closely - the flower prints are superimposed on the clothing using Photoshop or equivalent. The flowers are NOT on the actual material. BE WARNED. Do not expect to receive what you see in the photos.

Absolutely dreadful company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From them it’s a scam! No coat has been sent in over a month and no refund has been sent. Essentially they have stolen £52 from me.

The following day I have received a full refund. So happy with that but very disappointed with my experience and I still have no coat, but at least I have my returned funds now to buy one.

This is a scam. Ordered and paid 49 pounds for a coat - absolutely disgraceful company! The sizing is awful, poor quality fabric, £12.99 delivery charge. Now trying to return through the website and it says I have not ordered before!!! BEWARE ... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I have just wasted a lot of money and want to get a refund. I have emailed the company but have not yet heard from them. If I do not get a full refund I will take them to trading standards and try to get them taken off the Internet. FLORYDAYS ... please get in touch with me or I will be seeking legal advice to get your company investigated.

PEOPLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISREPUTABLE SITE ... the pictures on the Internet are very nice ... but nothing like what you receive in the post. The product arrived and was sent from Hong Kong and from an individual, not a company. BEWARE ... wish I could give this company zero stars!!!

Still waiting after 18 days for processing let alone delivery of goods. They took money very quickly yet do not want to it seems want to produce goods. Very poor customer service and to be honest will never use again, use at your own risk.
Goods arrived 5/2/21, when they actually got to UK delivery was 1 day, Goods were fine, it is still erksome that it took so long to pack and get to UK from wherever the source was. I have given extra star but beware of time scales.

The clothes looked really nice on the website. But, when they turned up, I was definitely not impressed! Horrible material! Which just clings to you with static! They looked dated instead of fresh and modern as on the website. I wouldn’t ever wear them.
Very disappointed. I wouldn’t ever shop there again!

Would have given it 0 stars for bad customer service and bogus returns policy. I ordered 5 dresses from their website. When they arrived they looked nothing like the what was advertised on the website. They have a no quibble money back return advertised. I returned all the items. I got a refund minus £13.26. When queried they advised that they do have courier costs that they need to cover, after reminding them about their policy on their misleading website they gave me almost all my money back minus £3.99. I will never be ordering from them again.

Dont bother. Just call Credit card company.
Then theyre quite efficient. Amazing isnt it?
