I saw the company advertised dresses…

I saw the company advertised dresses looked lovely, so ordered 3...on arrival poor quality so I returned. Procedure to return not straight forward and pay to return and send picture of returns receipt. Then when email refund amount they have deducted 10.00 of my money for shipment!... i have now emailed 3 times ...still not received reduced refund......returned 4th July.....shouldn't have to fight for a refund its standard procedure...will keep emailing until I receive it...not acceptable...

I did not look at the reviews before…

I did not look at the reviews before ordering, which was a big mistake. Like other people ordered a dress which was more like a 20 not a 12. Returned it as instructed with label and return ticket 4 weeks ago but have not received a refund. Will investigate all sites in future before ordering.

I am losing the will to live with the…

I am losing the will to live with the shocking customer service of this company. Ordering & them taking my money was straight forward, nicely wrapped goods, but not what it looks like on website. I followed steps to return the goods & took the parcel to my local post office (at my cost postage) got the receipt to track my parcel, that was on 24/07 returned to their Kings Norton address. It is now nearly 3 weeks since I was promised an email confirming my refund....& numerous emails, tickets etc etc phone number is unobtainable & in Hong Kong, I have not received a penny of my £200. I am so upset & disgusted with their customer service, just want my money back... they took it quick enough...Must be SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Florydays clothing say they have no record of my address and transactions, yet I receive emails from them ,I am waiting for a refund to 2 items I returned, ihave trackng Info to say they received them in 25/7 20.ive tried every avenue to contact but just draw blanks. Even phone number on site is not recognised.Help anyone....

DO NOT BUY from these people

DO NOT BUY from these people.
Pictures are great but goods are shoddy and if you return them you not only have to pay the postage but probably won’t get your money back either.
They are almost impossible to contact and emails just get an automated response and you are no further on.

I put one star as I could not proceed to write a review... clothing of poor quality...Not like pictures on site... No way to return items until you recueve an email which is not my email address. Absolutely appalling return and…

Absolutely appalling return and customer service.It took 4 weeks,many emails( some from them in Chinese),to receive my refund and that wasn't the total amount.
Also had to pay to return my item which was shoddy and badly made.
I advised them that I would be reporting them to Trading Standards.

This is real fraud company

This is real fraud company, cloth arrived but terrible fabrics and when we should return we have to send from Sweden to Belgium cost 15€ and then no money back a real unserious company don’t order from them. 80€ are gone

Unprofessional and worrying behavior.

I ordered 2 dresses both the same size. One could have fitted 2 people the other one a a 12 year old.
I Sent them back by post to address in Birmingham which had no post code. After much trouble I found postcode as the post office wouldn't accept the parcel without one. It wasnt cheap to send and have heard nothing for 3 weeks. Think I will lose the £45 I paid which went out of my bank in no time. Unlike their so called service. Goods were shabby and cheap and the whole thing is probably a scam. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They are not based in UK but China

Never again! Nie wieder!

Two months after I placed my order, I asked when it would be shipped... I received automated responses that did not respond to my request. I canceled the purchase on the website. I got the answer that it currently takes a little longer to send. (Of course I had already paid) A few weeks later I received the message that the goods I ordered (several pants and a shirt) were no longer in stock and that the shirt would be sent in a few days ... Never again. Absolutely not advisable. No communication possible.

Two weeks later ... today, a large part of the ordered goods actually came ... Clothes are not as shown in the picture, material instead of cotton as stated is unfortunately plastic and everything makes an extremely cheap impression ... Only one pair of pants is real useful. For that, and with all the circumstances, it's really expensive ...

Do not buy anything there - lousy quality + service

Do not buy anything there. The pictures are great but unfortunately totally different from what Floryday sends.

My mother wanted to buy us some summer dresses from Floryday. Chose a light grey dress, stone washed look without pockets, very thin flowing fabric. Took forever for the parcel to arrive.

Received a completely different dress in a much darker grey, uni coloured, same colour as our rubbish bins with uneven pockets and totally shapeless. Cheap cotton, badly sewn.

Same situation for the other articles ordered there. All only remotely resemble the great photos on their website.

PS Cannot add photos, sorry. Have made the "dress" my profile picture.

Less than one star

Less than one star. Cheap nasty and disgusting. Two months later for delivery and the goods were a total cheap load of rubbish. Please don’t waste your money on this site.....also......Chinese to boot.....really crappy stuff

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them! I made an order and had to return most of it. Expensive to send from Sweden, which I had to pay myself. I got an address in Belgium where I should send it but apparently this address do not exist, since when I try to trace my parcel it just said it couldn't be delivered. And no one to turn to in the company for assistance or guidance.
I will ever never buy from them again

First time i have ordered on line and loved the look of the clothes on floryday, ordered 2 tops on 30th May, very quick to take money out of my account the very next day 31st May, then never recieved items or had a reply from them after sending 3 e-mails. So if you work hard, and have money to throw down the drain use floryday and get them richer

DISHONEST SITE - AVOID !

I ordered dresses on Florydays.com on April 20.
I could have accepted the delay for the delivery despite unreasonable delivery fees (more than 20 euros for 3 dresses and 1 swim suit: probably the highest delivery costs I've ever paid for such an order) …
I also could have accepted the poor customer service (no call centre, no answer to my messages sent from their site) …

But yesterday, I finally received my order and I was chocked when I saw the dresses: product description on the web site was clearly mentioning that the fabric is linen; believe me, what I received have nothing to do with linen, it is a verly low cost synthetic fabric, just awful...
Having a poor customer service or poor quality of product is sad but can be understood; but LYING about product is just unacceptable.

Should have read the reviews first, doh! Worst company, do not buy, went through the whole procedure, took payment etc, emailed today to say order cancelled as I didn’t buy enough! Grrrr, if this was the case why take the order in the first place!
