i ordered a dress from their website.

i ordered a dress from their website.
the 'dress' was delivered on time but was not like the image on their website, the material was the cheapest T shirt material, and instead of all stripes being vertical, half of the material had horizontal stripes and of very poor quality. I will never order from them again and wished I'd checked other reviews before ordering.

Unable to get a refund to the tune of £86.

Beware, this company is a scam! Items arrived and either don't fit or poor quality and material. I requested a refund, was only offered a third of the price back, or a small percentage and I could keep the items. I had to tick a box I wanted to decline, but there was nowhere on form to say I wanted a full refund.Could not even send a reply. I tried to contact them about 20 times, in various ways, all to no avail. Their email and web address just came back "not found". I am totally disgusted with this company, I most definitely will never order from again. I am down about £86! Disgraceful!

Dishonest online Retailer

This online retailer makes it impossible to unsubscribe from their constant emails. Website helpline does not function. Items are poor quality, avoid at all costs.

One star is too much

One star is too much! I have tried emailing more than once to get an address to return items and get a refund and have had no success. This company is a disgrace and warn others not to buy anything from them.

Disappointed with Service

I am very disappointed I ordered and paid for a dress three weeks ago and still haven’t received it I would be slow to order anything again

They may be cheap but these are awful

They may be cheap and you get cheap. Pictures look great but the clothes are disgusting. Everything I bought from tops to dresses are all made from the same cheap nasty material. Not even decent to give to a charity shop. £100 all going in bin! I would not waste my money ever again on sites like these.

Difficult to get a refund, poor customer service

11/03/2025 I returned the goods (postage needs to be paid) and received an immediate refund, so I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 since the dress was conform to the description, it just didn't suit me, and I have received the refund (minus the original postage). I doubt if I will order again, however, since customer service was poor.
3/3/2025 I received a response giving the return address but no other instructions the day that my initial comments below were published on TrustPilot. I'm now awaiting the refund.

I ordered 3 very similar dresses that arrived safely, matching the description so no issue with the merchandise. However they really do not suit me, I want to return them and get a refund, as Indicated in the conditions of sale. There is no return address, you have to request one. My first request sent on 27 March received an immediate answer offering me a 30% refund and to keep the dresses, or a coupon for a future purchase worth 50% of my order and to keep the dresses. I responded that I would not wear the dresses, that I want a full refund and that I need the return address.
Despite daily messages, I have received no further response from Flory Fashion customer service, although their conditions state the address will be provided within 24 hours. (3 April today) So it seems I am unlikely to get a refund and am stuck with 3 dresses that I'll never wear.
So very poor customer service in my opinion. By the way, you have to pay the shipping costs both ways, most on line sites I use offer free shipping for returns.
