Difficult to get a refund, poor customer service
11/03/2025 I returned the goods (postage needs to be paid) and received an immediate refund, so I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 since the dress was conform to the description, it just didn't suit me, and I have received the refund (minus the original postage). I doubt if I will order again, however, since customer service was poor.
3/3/2025 I received a response giving the return address but no other instructions the day that my initial comments below were published on TrustPilot. I'm now awaiting the refund.
I ordered 3 very similar dresses that arrived safely, matching the description so no issue with the merchandise. However they really do not suit me, I want to return them and get a refund, as Indicated in the conditions of sale. There is no return address, you have to request one. My first request sent on 27 March received an immediate answer offering me a 30% refund and to keep the dresses, or a coupon for a future purchase worth 50% of my order and to keep the dresses. I responded that I would not wear the dresses, that I want a full refund and that I need the return address.
Despite daily messages, I have received no further response from Flory Fashion customer service, although their conditions state the address will be provided within 24 hours. (3 April today) So it seems I am unlikely to get a refund and am stuck with 3 dresses that I'll never wear.
So very poor customer service in my opinion. By the way, you have to pay the shipping costs both ways, most on line sites I use offer free shipping for returns.
