Purchased 2 items a gorgeous sweater and a personalised bag. I didn’t love the font I’d chosen I wish I picked something else but the bag itself is lovely and will be well used I took it out asap. I jumped in and messaged for delivery update but heads up incase you’re like me and didn’t bother - check your junk folder. Staff were completely kind and understanding and very pleasant to deal with. I’ll happily shop with the company again x

After being let down TWICE by a larger brand, discovered Flossie and George, customised product came when expected and quality is fantastic, far better than others on the market and communication around dispatch was superb

We’ve purchased loads from Flossie and George over the years – from personalised jumpers and t-shirts to the sweetest outfits, sleepsuits and all-in-ones. Every single item has been top quality, beautifully made, and has washed so well.

Their attention to detail and customer service is always spot on too. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous, unique clothing for little ones!

Writing this as a follow up to my review a couple of days prior.
I noticed a flurry of “praising reviews” after my negative experience which I personally find suspicious.
We sent back the item and it’s showing as recorded delivery has been sent but no correspondence from the seller thus far.
This is the refund policy listed on the Flossie & George website. Bearing in mind that when we order online, you won’t know what the true fit is like.
Also, If you google the address, it shows up as a sports shop in Richmond.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all non personalised items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, please note that a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s original price will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and preparing the item for resale, ensuring that we continue to offer high-quality products to all our customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items arrived very quickly and fitted my nieces and nephews perfectly for their early Easter gifts! Very accommodating and took the time to double check the non standard spelling of names to ensure I’d not been the victim of a typo or two. Great service and I’d expect to pay a lot more given the quality! Thank you!!!!

Just received a pink raincoat for our 3 year old girl and have to say I’m very disappointed! It was quite expensive compared to what’s available online to buy and there’s nothing in the coat to even suggest it’s from Flossie and George. No label stitched in there and not even a swing tag. Best I can describe is it’s been ordered from somewhere much cheaper by the seller and flogged on a website as Flossie & George.
Sending back for a refund.

Great small business, I didn’t realise to being with that it’s only run by one woman. I got in touch to ask if they could do some bespoke for me and Charlotte happily accommodated my request. Will definitely order again!

Items are lovely and soft.
Delivery was pretty slow, but assume thats because its a small shop and it’s been black friday/xmas rush.
Haven’t worn the recycled joggers yet to know if they get fluff everywhere but seems ok so far after washing.

I am unsure about 1 item: Blue Organic Hooded Bunny Towel. It doesn’t look very absorbent and also has no label on it so seems a bit dodgy to use it on a newborn baby. I bought 2 so will test out 1 and return the other if no good. Have emailed them about lack of label on 5th dec but still no response

I am so pleased with my item. The Christmas stocking is exactly as advertised and the personalisation is great. The item was also delivered quickly. I am very happy and will definitely used this shop again

My husband stumbled across the site while we were searching for wetsuits for our babies. We hadn't heard of the company before, but I was drawn to the colour coords and the range of suits. The sizing seemed good, and it looked like the children would be able to wear them for a long time. At the time I placed the order, delivery was estimated at 8-9 days.

However, 10 days after placing the order, I was contacted by the company, who informed me that the sizing listed on the website was incorrect. After choosing from the new sizing options they offered, I asked if the suits could be sent out as soon as possible, as we had an outdoor event and needed them to arrive before the weekend. I was told they only had one of the suits in stock and were waiting for the other, but they assured me the one they had would be sent in time for the weekend.

Unfortunately, I received part of my order the following week, and I am STILL waiting for the rest. Complete disaster—no offer of a partial refund for all the hassle. It is clear that this is a third-party company that is completely unreliable, which is the last thing you want when purchasing products for your children.
