I bought 2 flothemes in 2 different moments in past following the evolving of my brand and these themes are great! Easy to use and with a lot of options to customize the graphics. They updated frequently the themes improving with new useful functions, in line with the new design trends. And last but not least: these theme are really optimized for google and for the web: I guarantee that with these themes and a bit of SEO you can have amazing result on serp page.
Today I write this review to confirm my trust in this super agency! I open a ticket for a small incompatibility problem and they fixed very quickly :-)) Kindness and availability are the keyword for the flotheme support team. I strongly suggest to choose them for your website. Thanks again flo team :-)

Run away! They are migrating off of Wordpress for just Pixieset. The dropped the news on their clients very recently, but continue to sell the theme. I just redid my website last winter and now apparently I’ll be redoing it AGAIN. They’ve known this was coming since 2021. Why wait except out of greed. Hope you see this before they delete this as they’ve been doing for other negative reviews!

I have been using FloThemes for years. Out of nowhere something happed on a page of my website and I couldn't edit it due critical error. I reached out to the support team and within a single day they identified the problem and fixed it and had me back up and running. Highly recommend them!

Amazing support! Really easy to create a website

It is always super scary when your website presents as a white page and you can't access the backend. I emailed Flothemes on a Sunday, and they fixed the issue within an hour of my email (it was a caching plugin causing the problem). They truly went above and beyond to get my website back up and running, and I am so grateful. They truly seem to care about people. Thank you, Daniel!!

REASONS WHY NOT TO GET FLOTHEMES:

-Custom service is SO BAD. Yes, they answer you every 24 hr but they never seem to understand exactly what you are talking about and its an endless dance of sending and receiving emails that don't get you anywhere really.
-Flex Blocks are not good for SEO. So pretty much you have to build all your blog posts on Wordpress without using anything from Flothemes. (whats the point on getting Flothemes if you can't use blocks to design?!!)
-Yoast doesn't read blocks, so you won't be able to use yoast to help you build and design your website and make sure everything its fine.
-Wordpress doesn't run well with Flothemes anymore. Every time Wordpress upgrade their version you might run into problems on your website. I've heard many people that don't have problems, but my website right now for example is white because Flothemes is not compatible with the new version 6.2 of Wordpress.
- They have zero knowledge on SEO, and they dont guide you well on this at all.
- You'll be stuck paying them every single year, since their subscription is yearly.

I had an issue with a page not updating on my website. Flotheme customer service was outstanding they verified everything and found the issue. Even though the issue wasn't directly related to the theme, they did their best to help me very promptly.
