It’s very easy to reach out to driver once you’ve booked your ride. Like the best thing is for pickup from airport: driver reaches you out via app/whatsapp and you are linked together right away and no stress or hustle of being lost, as driver was incredibly helpful!
Just simple and easy. Like if I call a taxi station, you kinda worried where the driver is, how soon he will arrive or even if he will arrive, but with Flott it was easy and simple.
