It’s so easy to apply these presets! I had started to do some family photos for friends and family and having these presents to easily apply to photos was a game changer! I’ve gone back multiple times to add more presents to my collection

Very bad
I'm so disappointed with their presets.. not worthy at all. I bought golden hour preset and then i was in shock when I saw everything but not golden hour... Literally just overexposed effect and nothing else. Also, they did not reply to my message. Very, very bad.

NEVER RECEIVED PRESETS. I ordered $27 dollars worth of presets with a deal that was happening and I never received them. I contacted them and they never got back to me.

Would never recommend this company
Would never recommend this company. Truly awful presets that will ruin your photos and discourage you. Even worse customer service once I wrote in that I was unhappy with their presets. They did not care. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

On two separate occasions I have lost…
On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I am a professional photographer and these presets help save a lot of time in the LR batch editing process. The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. I’m all the way in South Africa, we don’t have many options for quality presets so after months of searching and checking our currency exchange rate, I chose Flourish Presets.
The quality of my purchase is out of this world amazing!! I hunted for months, and there were so many beautiful options but they cater for every style for all photographers. I had struggled for quite some time to be satisfied with my own style, and finally after using my Flourish presets I am settled and happy and have my style!

Never received the presets I bought.
They even never answered to the mail I’ve sent to their „support" email you can find on their homepage.
As I said in the title I needed the PayPal Customer service to get my money back.
