The product wasn’t available and not…
The product wasn’t available and not delivered on time although it was time sensitive (a birthday), I was then offered a replacement which also wasn’t available and then another replacement was sent with a day later! The customer support lady was very nice and helpful, but the whole experience was spoiled, although it tried the service in another county and it was excellent and I just assumed it would be better in london!
