They are waterproof and absorb 3x more than disposable pads do. With plenty of variety for a fair price, we look for an affordable way for women to be eco-friendly whilst stylish. It suits women looking for an eco change to their period, girls just starting out, people looking for a bit of protection from sweat, and people just looking for an added layer just in case! Cute designs and fast shipping

Great product!!
I’m 66 yo and bought these for my bladder incontinence. They came beautifully presented, packaged and sewn. I’m very satisfied as they do the job, they are soft and comfortable and look gorgeous. I keep a spare pad, in the bag supplied, with me when I go out. No more waste and so easy to wash and dry quickly. Communication has been so good and I have no complaints.
I will (and have) recommended them to other women and would definitely purchase more! Thankyou Flowco!! 😀

With these sanitary cloth napkins, I have finally found a solution to the menstrual discomfort I have suffered for so long. Not only does it not itch or get stuffy, but the cloth napkin's heat-retaining function keeps the lower part of my body moderately warm, which also reduces menstrual cramps. This was a benefit I had not expected. I also like the way you can buy pads in any combination of sizes.
If I could make one request, it would be very helpful if you could also sell a special laundry detergent for the pads.
Anyway, I think this product is so great that I regret that I should have bought it earlier.

No excess packaging. Only, minor, criticism I have, is that there is no washing instructions on website or with delivery. This was quickly resolved when I contacted flow and was given details via chat. Very happy with product and service, and would highly recommend both

Product looks great and is easy to clean and dry. However the pad doesn't stay in place even on the smaller setting and needs adjusting all day long. Not good st the gym.
