Flow Crypto NZ is the exchange I have been seeking for my trading experience. Everything fits well. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, fair & transparent pricing, no hidden charges, good range of crypto, ease of use, simple portfolio viewing & I enjoy the real-person-contact which makes the experience feel more personalised & real.
Prior to discovering Flow, I had tried many different exchanges within NZ & abroad. I found most are not the easiest to navigate, often with hidden charges with some very pricey & if you need customer service it is often delayed response times even within NZ.
I have experienced impeccable customer service since my first contact with Eli at Flow Crypto. Eli has always promptly answered questions with very helpful & knowledgeable responses. If you are unsure about anything, you can ask Eli & he will help resolve your concerns. I purchased a particular token on Flow & was feeling a little uncertain with regards to how to trade that going forward. I contacted Eli & he sent me a Step-By-Step-Guide to help facilitate that future transaction if/when required. I now feel confident holding that token knowing that I have the guide there & I am enjoying learning more about different aspects of trading.
My experience overall has been very positive & reassuring & I am very grateful for it. I feel confident knowing that if I need the light on, that I will not be left in the dark. Eli is a very kind person & has gone above & beyond for me. I am very happy to have found Eli & Flow Crypto & to be trading alongside. I highly recommend.
