I hope this fake persona 'Tony Nguyen" gets prosecuted. I purchased 2 pairs of birkenstocks through the flowena website. Received nothing, just a small empty bag with a "merry christmas" business card shipped out of California. Website gone, support email gone.

Ordered Arizona Birkenstock. Never received. Tracking info states coming from China. Now the company email is invalid, the website disappeared, and according to tracking number, my order does not exist any longer. I have disputed this transaction with my bank.

Total scam. ordered through Shop app so thought it was safe. 3 weeks and then instead of my Birks, got an an envelope with an Xmas card. Same tracking number. emailed Customer service and got an email from Tony Ngyuen saying I would get a refund. then the whole site disappeared. reported to credit card company. total scam

TOTAL SCAM! Like others I ordered a pair of Arizona Birkenstock sandals and got the mini Christmas card in the mail. Now I can no longer contact them. I canceled the card it was ordered on cuz these assholes are obviously total fraudsters. Do not order anything from this company!! I would rate them a 0 if it was available. Really pissed!🤬

Same as the others. Ordered Birkenstock sandals thinking I was getting a great deal. Received shipment tracking info. Then received a notice from USPS that the package was undeliverable and was being sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center. They have the tracking number and sent me the notice but cannot deliver the package?

Ordered Birkenstock Madrid Big Buckle from Flowena. Contacted company when I saw they were shipping from China questioning if they were legit. Got an immediate answer reassuring Birkenstock now has warehouses all over the world to better serve their customers. All their products were genuine and authentic. Tracked shipment and today a small package was delivered with a this little tiny slip from China and a little card that says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
Company is nowhere to be found today and emails come back undeliverable. Watch out!! Big time scammers!

My shoes never came, yet I am still paying them. Also, the website seemed to disappear. I just tried to email support and it says the email no longer exists.

Total scam - ordered Arizona Cross Town and got Arizona birks they said they were Brown and I got Creme color - they answered my request asking for pictures now the site is not available and the emails to suport at flowena continue to bounce.

I have been scammed by Flowena. I ordered my Birkenstocks and I never received them but they are deducting the money. I will report to BBB. I would like a refund.

I just got scammed. I order a pair of birenstock slippers and it's been 17 days and I haven't received anything. Before i was unable to track the package with a tracking number I got at the time of purchase now when I try to track the package it indicates that the site cannot be reached... they are scammers.

Never received my purchase. Website does not exist. I have learned my lesson to always check merchants before purchasing on line.

I just got scammed by Flowena.. purchased pair of Birkenstock sandal.. 18 days later no delivery.. They sent me a parcel tracker 17track with shipment number from china to US.. all fake not real.. these pricks need to be caught and locked away.. please spread the message do not buy from flowena.. I would give zero stars if possible. This is a scam! My daughter was so excited about her shoes, she spent her money and these low life’s send her a card that says merry Christmas! Do NOT order from them!

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals through Shop App and after 18 days I still hadn’t received them. I contacted customer service (they only reply by email — no one answers the phone), and they provided me with a tracking number from China.

Today, instead of sandals, I received a small envelope containing a mini Christmas card (in August!). The package was sent from:

This address appears to be a cargo warehouse. Underneath the USPS shipping label, there was a previous label (International shipment from China to the US) that matched the tracking number the Flowena customer service rep gave me.
So what they did was sent this small mail from China to US with Chinese XYEX, then switches to USPS in San Diego.
Total SCAM!!!

They sell fake birckenstock sandals. Order is not arriving. They said they would refund half as a courtesy. Also not arriving. Now 6 days waiting for refund. And 3 weeks and waiting for order. Stay away. Scammers.

Advertising is misleading,doesn't tell you prices are in US dollars
Product fell apart after one week use
Won't answer emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Have had contact from the company who have now offered free replacement. When it arrives I will remove this post
