Mixed reviews about flow, found most telephone staff antagonistic. Once I found the agent who dealt with my request, things did improve, but this took about a year.

Although I provide regular meter readings and have been a user of Flow Energy for approximately 2.5 years, my monthly bill recently doubled because I was in arrears. What is the point of providing meter readings if my payments are not accurately calculated.

Flow inadvertently set of 3 accounts…
Flow inadvertently set up 3 accounts for my gas and electricity. Initially this was no fault of theirs as another provider made the error. However, they compounded the error. Finally this was resolved by a lady by the name of Lucy who was superb.

Review tariffs bi-annually to prevent overpayment. Reward loyalty for not switching.
I feel the tariff should be reviewed bi-annually. My circumstances changed from 2018 to 2019 however tariff requires to remain the same for a further 12 months prior to review. I also feel that if a customer doesn’t switch loyalty should be rewarded to match best alternative pricing. This would benefit both supplier and customer and prevent customers having to search for alternatives and switching regularly .

Very disappointed with the flow energy supplier. I am using this supplier since 2013. Last week they sent me email that I have to pay £2242 immediately.
Also my direct debit is doubled last year.
I found out on the statement that some of the month they were not charging me for the gas. My account is building up and now I have £2242 outstanding payment.
According to law supplier have to send somebody for meter reading at least once in 2 years. My meter reader came in 2015.
This is more than 4 years. They are ignoring me and put myself on the financial trouble.
I have so much stressed and can't focus on anything. I am going to ombudsman service and file the complain against flow.

Flow energy answer the phone promptly and give helpful, straightforward advice. They keep customers informed and seem to be competitively priced. What more would you want?

I'd avoid Flow energy if I had a choice
Despite having my account reviewed last year and monthly payments doubled as a result. They have apparently been undercharging me for the last year and now have to triple my bill for the next 12 months to cover it.
I will be leaving Flow energy as soon as I can and I would recommend against anyone using them as they clearly can't estimate usage.
On top of this I don't think I've ever been spoken to so condescendingly by a customer service department, they seemed to take pleasure in making me feel stupid. This must be so overwhelming for anyone in a tight financial position.
Updated after Flows reply, apparently they’ve been in touch. But I have no missed calls or emails. So I’ve contacted them myself again. For a third time.

Very satisfied with Flow Energy
I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Flow Energy.They have kept me informed when contracts were ending and the options available.
I was concerned when I read that they needed to be taken over by the Coop but the service has not been affected.
