Poor Service

• 18th December placed order for flowers as a post op cheer up for my friend.
• Order placed at 14.00, but delivery date was 20th, not next day as advertised.
• 20th flowers not delivered. Contacted customer support. Office closed until 5th January 2026 (2 weeks 2 days) !
• Flowers not delivered until 24th December, after my friend had left for Christmas holiday.
• Unable to speak to anyone, and refund refused as flowers had been delivered, blaming Royal Mail for delivery failure.
Would not recommend this company.

Late delivery

Ordered15 december for 21starrived fourdays late flowers were dried up and withered not good quality for £16. Looked like dried flowers from any sidewalk. Whilst they have no control over royal mail delivery service thet showed no apogoly for such poor goods. I realise the flowers might have been ok before they left flowerbe. But they are responsible for original order

These are tiny!

They were delivered in time, the card was simple & stylish & beautifully written but the flowers were tiny compared to other flower delivery companies I’ve used. The description did say ‘a small posy’ but I didn’t realise how small, certainly thought there’d be more flowers for the price. I was glad that I’d made a mistake & had them delivered to myself as I would have been so embarrassed if the’d gone to the intended recipient. I would not use the company again.

My order for my friend has not arrived

My order for my friend has not arrived, so I emailed FlowerBe enquiring about it. I have received a response saying FlowerBe are now closed for Christmas until 5 January. I’m quite shocked at the lack of customer care and service. So disappointed in this company.

Not delivered as arranged for xmas.…

Ordering these in November for delivery christmas week, for a trouble free gift. Not delivered as arranged, now 2 days late. No tracking available,and no reply to 2 messages. Get it right,or get out of the business.
Just received a generated email stating they are closed until January 5th,unbelievable!!!

Lovely flowers

The flowers were always beautiful and arrived on time every month from my year subscription. I also received two gifts and a handwritten thank you note from the CEO which was a lovely personalised touch. Thank you!

Save your money and stick to reliable brands.

Take your pick...I placed an order for two items with 24hr delivery.

– Order got stuck on the way (it happens).
– Replacement requested two days ago (5 after original order date) and it's still not even with the Royal Mail, so will be at least a week later than requested.
– Only half of the order is "on the way" as they are out of stock of one item now. No news on when the other half will be sent.
– Slow customer service responses. The responses you do get lack useful info like new tracking numbers, replacement confirmation, etc.

First time using this company and I wouldn't recommend them. Better off sticking with the brands you know.

Not as shown on website.

Not as shown on website.. flowers looked like weeds picked from the hedgerow and delivered in a topsy turvy manner.. complained but no response.. will never buy again from this company.. very expensive as well
