Never buy from this place my daughter bought a bouquet with her pocket money for mother’s day and it clearly said comes with a ix of chocolates but NO BOX OF CHOCOLATES and the bouquet arrived DAMAGED like a piece of trash flowers broken and the paper wrapped around all scrunched up my daughter was left heart broken my daughter sent several messages and pictures and they have not replied back left her on seen. Absolutely disappointment stay away from this company miss leading and does not deliver what is said and does not reply back takes your money!

*** DO NOT BUY FROM HERE*** I spent £50 on what I thought would be real, genuine red roses for Valentine’s Day, but what turned up was a bunch of FAKE flowers which definitely looked fake as well. The box was all crushed when it arrived and not worth over £10, let alone £50.

I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers from Flowerbox & Co because they guaranteed Feb 14 delivery. Not only did the flowers never show up, but there was zero communication — no update, no apology, nothing.

Pretty embarrassing to promise someone a surprise that never arrives, especially when you trusted a company that literally advertises reliability for special occasions. Customer support was slow and unhelpful when I tried to chase it up.

If you’re thinking of using them for an important date: don’t risk it. A “guarantee” clearly doesn’t mean much here.

Spent £62 on what was supposed to be and marketed as a really large REAL bouquet of red roses. It arrives and not only is it thrown over the fence by the delivery driver, it’s 12 fake roses. Absolute scam, DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS A PENNY

Soemeone must be buying views for their socials I don’t understand why this brand is so big or popular I got my flowers and they are cheap tat. How do companies get away with this I get it’s a small business but it took ages to get to me then no response on customer service then they arrived and they are vulgar I knew they where fake flowers but are you kidding really? they are horrid I don’t know how the company going by reviews are still in business I wouldn’t buy into the hype on TikTok or instagram on Flowerboxco official or whatever it’s called because it’s all bull I’m still sure by reviews it’s at random if you get your order as most don’t and I wasn’t even lucky that I did waited for them to get cheap tat I could have done myself it’s all a scam!!!!!!

Always check trust pilot before ordering ladies mine went in the bin because they haven’t got back to me as per usual worst case I will have to open a charge back on my card.

To all the other reviews contact trading standards and citizens advice as they do step in and help they told me briefly it wasn’t the first time a complaint has come in about them.

Really beautiful flowers, a lot of old reviews on here but just wanted to add another review incase people wondered. My flowers were beautiful and I will be ordering again and again.

Leaving on all their trust pilot accounts as they clearly change it up to scam people. Until I threatened to out them don’t think I would have got my order when I did it was disgusting cheap plastic flowers they stunk the worst fake flowers I have seen you can get better from the pound shop owner doesn’t care ignores you and if you check the Facebook page flowerbox&co everyone is complaining not getting orders!!!!!
They filter comments on their TikTok account and instagram flowerboxcoofficial I would run a mile from this company need shutting down and by the looks of it they have been scamming for years I reported them and trading standards and other boards are aware of them

Never buy from them. They don’t indicate if they’re artificial flowers. They said I could return the item for a full refund in which I did. I even sent the tracking information and checked it had been delivered and returned. And when I messaged where’s my refund I get no response. They never reply over email. Someone was talking to me on Instagram and once I returned it they stopped replying. Absolute scammers. I have proof of delivery of return. Robbed my money. Do no order from them. I paid £35 for this and didn’t receive a refund

I ordered 100, pink flowers with diamonds on and a diamond tiara.

They only sent me pink flowers with no diamonds on and haven’t responded to any of my emails.

Taken my money and won’t get back to me.

Will never be using this company again now and hope no one else does too.

Should be no stars absolute disgrace. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend, money taken immediately, no follow up email, no confirmation, no flowers, no response. Son is a teenager and wanted to do this off his own back and didn't think to check reviews. I'm disgusted with this. My year 11 son has lost his hard earned pocket money to these scammers.

I left a review on there other trust pilot account.
I found this company on Instagram a while ago around a year ago.
I placed a large order which I never got.
I sent over 100 messages on Instagram emails everything.
The owner told me ‘we will get to your message when we do we start from the bottom’ we never once got a response back or a refund.
Since I have been blocked from there Instagram and tiktok as they hide / filter comments from been shown!
I have seen nearly over 60 people in the same boat as me where the owner is clearly not doing the orders and cashing in!
I’m disgusted by her lifestyle she’s enjoying our money and not giving us our orders. I’m disgusted and horrified how after 2/3 years she’s still doing this and only been registered for a few months?
AVIOD I reported her to every place I could and would never in a million years recommend this company they ignore you once they have your money I can also provide proof of absolutely everything.
Don’t take orders on you cannot fulfil you are clearly in well over your head.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers very last minute for my friends birthday, and can I just say they are beautiful and she’s absolutely in love with them. Excellent service and very fast delivery will definitely be ordering again couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks so much ❤️

My boyfriend ordered me 100 white forever roses from flower box co and they are absolutely beautiful!! They come so nicely packaged to ensure no damage in transit. Stunning flowers, great service. I will definitely be ordering myself. Highly recommend! 5*
