Just ordered delivery of roses for a wedding anniversary then realised they will arrive a day too late. Contacted flowerbx and had prompt response from Giulia who assisted me in ordering some other roses which will arrive on the right day. I have seen flowerbx's roses before and know they will be stunning.

Not bad but not convinced

Not sure if I find it value for money. Tangled bunch of flowers. No protective packaging and a hurried driver. Flowers look great though. I am just… not “wowed” and not really convinced. It feels like good quality flowers with high end prices and wholesale packaging/service. Weird.

Stunning peonies for wedding

I accidentally ordered flowers with the wrong delivery date. I contacted the customer services team and Zoe was extremely helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. The flowers were delivered in time for my sisters wedding and they looked beautiful.

Delivery company failed to deliver the flowers for my friends birthday and yet Flowerbox won’t refund me as it is “out of their control”. AWFUL!!

I'm so sorry to hear your flowers weren't delivered on time. I've had a look at your order and can see that the courier attempted delivery but unfortunately couldn't get hold of the recipient, and there was nowhere to leave the flowers safely. We contacted you and you advised that the recipient wasn't going to be home the following day, so we arranged a fresh bunch of flowers to be sent when the recipient was available. When the courier attempted delivery this time, the flowers were unfortunately rejected by the recipient, so we were unable to deliver.

I hope you can understand that due to the nature of our perishable products, we cannot issue a full refund if the we have attempted to deliver twice and the delivery was rejected. Our customer team offered to provide you with a voucher, but unfortunately you didn't accept that offer. If you would still like us to issue the voucher, please reply and we'll happily sort that out for you.

Flowers were delivered late and when they were received, despite being beautiful, weren't fresh. They died not long after despite claiming to be a new bunch.

The peonies were beautiful but sadly…

The peonies were beautiful but sadly delivered to the wrong address. It was a Sunday and the recipient then went around the neighbouring roads to find the lady’s name at the number she was at. Luckily she found my friend ( it was her BD) and she was able to enjoy the beautiful flowers. Not sure why it went to the wrong road as the full address was given and there has t been a problem before.

The flowers came a day late

The flowers came a day late, in fact, arrived at around 8pm. I was told they tried to deliver the day before but no one was in which was not true as I was in all day and I have a dog that barks whenever anyone comes up to the house. Neither the door bell nor the dog made a sound! Delivered the next evening and was told there had been a computer glitch the day before so flowers were not delivered. Which is true? A lot of money spent on flowers that sat in a van for over 24 hours.

This unfortunately meant that the original delivery was cancelled, and a new delivery was rescheduled for the next day. I understand this must have been very frustrating for you, and I apologise for the inconvenience.
