Absolutely beautiful. The color of these roses was like nothing I have ever seen. The picture looked like they were black, but when we received them, the coloring was actually a dark crimson with a hint of blue on the edges. Wow - is all I can say. What a unique, beautiful, and even artistic arrangement. I don’t think a local florist could have done better. Flower Delivery Services truly know GORGEOUS.

I have seen more fabulous promotions on Flower Delivery Services more than any other floral delivery site. I always receive an order on time and that perfectly matches the description. Buying for my dad is always hard. And after this year's Father's Day, I was completely stumped. However, a coworker of mine recommended Flower Delivery Services. I was a bit skeptical since I know my dad wouldn’t really like flowers but there were other gift ideas that I knew he would love. I ordered a gift-wrapped container of mixed nuts to have delivered to his office the Friday before Father’s Day. He loved them and was super surprised!

the arrangement that I ordered and had delivered to my wife was absolutely gorgeous. I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone before and after placing my order and she was very helpful with helping me make a decision as well as ensuring that the details of my order were accurate. She also assured me the arrangement would be a great gift - and she was right! My wife loved them. Great service and incredible style!

As a guy, I'm generally lost when it comes to ordering flowers for any woman. For my sister's birthday this year, I decided to give FDE a try. Well, I’m glad I did. The FDE staff is super helpful, and I now know FDE will do for customers and what other florists will not. Not all flower arrangements are the same! Go to FDE.

I have been using another florist for 10 years. Their arrangements were always great, but I wanted to try something different and special. A co-worker of mine suggested Flower deliver express. He and I searched their site together, and suddenly I realized what I had been missing all these years! I ordered a seasonal arrangement for my wife for the holidays and she was so ecstatic about the unique arrangement she received, and the quality and freshness of the flowers. The best part? I saved a TON of money by ordering with FDE, and got something better. Flower deliver express is a hidden gem.

I'm currently overseas and have no way of giving my girlfriend presents or flowers. However, Flower deliver express came to my rescue when I came across their website. I found so many choices but settled with a bouquet of red roses - always a great choice. Flower deliver express was by far the most reasonably priced, and my girlfriend loved them.

I had to be out of town this year for Valentines’ Day, so I sent my wife a surprise bouquet of long-stemmed red roses and a card. I sent both through FDE, and even though it was Valentines’ Day, which is basically the busiest floral-delivery day of the year, FDE STILL made my delivery on time and as I had ordered, which totally made my wife’s Valentines’ Day one she will remember.

My wife and I were celebrating our 15-year anniversary. I was taking her to her favorite restaurant and I wanted to have her favorite roses delivered. I ordered a two-dozen batch of roses to be sent to the restaurant on the night of our reservations. Because I had never used Wesley Berry before, I was really worried they would screw up. But I was wrong. Not only did they arrive at the correct address, date, and time, they were sitting atop the table when we arrived. What a HUGE surprise for her and what a relief for me. ! I will definitely be ordering from Flower delivery express again!

My wife and I have been through a rough patch together recently, and I wanted to send her something that said “I’m Sorry” and to remind her that I still love her no matter what. A close friend of mine recommended Wesley Berry, so I visited their website and gave them a call to place an order. I made sure to also include a card. She received them later that day - four hours after I placed the order, in fact. I came home to a very happy wife, and hopefully a much happier life with her. Thanks, Wesley!

Terrible place to d business with. I placed an online order on a Saturday for same day delivery. When it was not delivered I called on Sunday. I was told I had ordered to late and it would be delivered on Sunday. No delivery on Sunday either. So now it's Monday, still no deliver. I was assured it would be delivered today(Tuesday). 1:30 pm still no delivery, placed a call to customer service and was again told it was taken care of and my order would be delivered today. At 6:30 pm still no delivery, I called customer service yet again and was finally told my order had been cancelled due to the address being out of delivery range even though the website has you enter the delivery zip code to determine if delivery is possible. I was given a refund but that does not make up for the terrible customer service and the fact that my grandmother who lives hours from me did not receive her birthday gift. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

My best friend recently got promoted, and I wanted to send her something special to congratulate her on her accomplishments. Rather than sending flowers, I wanted to send something different, so I sent her some orchids, which I know are her favorite. I thought they would be perfect in her new office. They arrived the day she moved to her new office and she texted me a picture and a “thank you” later. Well deserved! Thank you, FDE!

At Flower Delivery Services, you are bound to get quality service, a TON of help from great representatives, and even helpful ideas from their team. And the best part? You get what you pay for! SO glad to have found FDE!

Very nice store

Ordered my flowers on June 12th for a June 17th delivery. Never showed up. I called each of the three days after looking for my flowers. Each day, the customer service assured me that they would be delivered the following day by 7pm since it was a residential. Saturday evening I call because the flowers still did not show up. Customer service said he would resubmit the order for Tuesday delivery. Guess what??? You got it, they didn't show up.

The called their shipping company, which happened to be Fedex, and they were told that they can not deliver to a leasing office without anybody there. I called the leasing office and they told me at the time FedEx tried to deliver, the office was staffed by 2 people. Fedex is full of it and probably didn't feel like making the stop that day.

I had called and told customer service to leave it, even if nobody is there to sign for it the next day. Guess what??? You're wrong, they did show up this time. Box was smashed and taped over, leaves were brown, and most of the buds had fallen off.

Customer service was able to send me three single use $50 gift vouchers that I will not use because it is off of normal price and I will still pay about $60. After much complaining I was able to get a full refund of my order.

I put all of the blame on the Fedex driver but these guys should have done more to get my flowers sooner rather than a week after my anniversary.

Everything was easy and simple. Delivery time was postponed, so they gave me credit and verbal apology. Very good business.

A couple of mistakes were made but they were corrected in a timely manner!
