An apology cannot fix a once in a lifetime moment
I paid extra for morning delivery because I wanted to surprise my wife. It was one of the biggest days of her life. I even contacted customer service before the delivery and explained how important the timing was. The flowers did not arrive on time, so the surprise was completely missed. That special moment is something we can never get back. The staff apologized, but an apology cannot fix a once in a lifetime moment. I paid for morning delivery, but that is not what I received.
I would not recommend this florist if your delivery time really matters.

Exceptionally good service
This company were exceptional with their service. They kept in touch with me from the moment I placed my order. They sent me a video of my Flowers before they were sent out. They took away the worry and anxiety by letting me know when the Flowers were delivered.
