⚠️ BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING

I ordered flowers from Flowers4Denmark and paid €69.95 including same day express delivery. My order number is 412495.

The order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I was later informed that they could not deliver it and that it would be delivered today. The order status has been showing “Confirmed, order is out for delivery” since yesterday, but the flowers still have not arrived.

The promised delivery window has now passed, and despite contacting them, I have not received a proper response or clear explanation about where my order is.

I paid specifically for express delivery and expected the service that was advertised. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be cautious and think carefully before placing an order.

I hope the company eventually resolves this and provides either the flowers or a full refund, including the express delivery charge.
Beware of scam!!!

I ordered and paid for the flowers but never received a invoice and after 4 days they refunded my money which doesn't help when the flowers were going to a funeral. I tried to get information many times without success just to know the flowers had arrived. Very disappointed.

The bouquet came with black wrap!!! For birthday!!! I’m in shock ! Idk how in other countries but in my country you bring black wrap when someone dead! I’m so disappointed never won’t order from you anymore! On the picture no any wrap! I didn’t even know they will put this one…. black packaging with black tape. Terrible, the day after I wanted to order Another bouquet for my sister’s daughter, I’m happy I didn’t order two because of for kid would come this black wrap I’d be completely in shock
