I ordered flowers in early January for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday and paid over $200 AUD. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered. After waiting about two weeks, we discovered she had not received them and there had been no communication whatsoever from Flower Shop Network to advise there was an issue.
When I contacted them, they apologised and said they had no stock available on the day. While I appreciate the explanation, it would have been reasonable to notify me at the time rather than leaving me to find out weeks later.
They asked whether I wanted the flowers delivered at a later date or a refund. I requested a refund. It is now mid-March and I still have not received my money back.
I have emailed several times and each time they claim the refund has been processed. They even sent a screenshot showing a payment to a card number that does not match my card details. I have pointed this out twice, but my concerns have been ignored.
Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product or service paid for is not supplied, customers are entitled to a refund. At this point, the situation is extremely disappointing and unresolved.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this company.

AVOID - I placed an order to be delivered last Monday 2nd March. Was informed they couldn't do it.
Offered full refund, still have not received my refund and it's been over a week.

I was trying to make an order for my daughter's 21st birthday. We live in the US, but your purchase process made the transaction easy and efficient. Further, my daughter lives in the 4th floor of a multi-story building, so packages are generally left in a lobby, from whence they generally disappear. After making a special request, the delivery person placed the lovely arrangement right in front of the door to her flat. She was thrilled with the arrangement and that she actually received her gift. The selection of arrangements was wonderful, and we're so thankful with your professionalism. My only concern was that I had no way to leave a tip, which I would genuinely love to do as it's much deserved. Thank you for everything.

Ordered same day flowers on a Saturday in January. Received an email say saying they couldn’t do the same day but could do Monday. I replied saying this was okay. Order was never fulfilled and I am still chasing for my refund in mid March. Avoid this company.

I placed an order 10th March and received an email of cancellation 11th March and I should expect my refund within 10 working days. it has been over the 10 days and continuous emails back and forth hasn't proven any further progress in receiving my money back. In fact, when I emailed to inform the Flower Shops Networks that the bank will be notified of fraud they tried to add photo evidence of the refund however, all the details including the total amount, was incorrect.
Stay away unless you want your money stole!

I was informed the day of the delivery that they could not find the flowers for the order (having been ordered 2 days beforehand) - so it would not happen that day (wifes birthday). They promised to deliver the next day if i agreed - i said yes. NO delivery, so AFTER i sent an email the next day - Oh sorry we missed the email - do you want your money back. No other apology, no other follow up, no other communication. Recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful company - took an order and payment on Tuesday and then on Friday ,the day before delivery, informed me they couldnt fulfil the funeral flowers order. Then tell me it will take 5 days to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: called a flower shop local to where I wanted a delivery. They took the order with no issues. The owner explained that this business takes 30% intro fee (He added that Interflora take 40%+!)
Help yourself and call a local florist and get better value for money.
