DO NOT USE The Flower Shop Network

The Flower Shop Network took my money for a bunch of flowers, along with an £8.99 delivery fee (they advertise £7.99) for a very important occasion (a bereavement)
On the day of delivery, I received an email stating that there wasn't a florist available for the delivery. I tried to call them, but no one answered their phones (I was no.1 in the queue for over 30 mins). I sent them an email asking them to contact me immediately to establish what options there were, but there has still been no response. I have read other reviews that state that any promised refunds are not fulfilled. So I am left with no flowers and probably an empty promise of a refund... DO NOT USE THEM.

Happy to take your money but won't give it back

Made an online order with next day delivery and they couldn't fulfil the order. They didn't advise that this was the case until 2 days later when they asked if I still wanted the order to be completed. I advised that I wanted a refund as they had taken the monies.

I was promised a refund within 5-10 working days and this was over 1 month ago.

I have chased 5 times with very minimal response, still no refund.

I paid £56.98 in February for birthday…

I paid £56.98 in February for birthday flowers from this company, specifically as they said they could deliver on time. They replied that they had been unable to fulfil the order and would refund but I'm still waiting despite having chased them up!

I paid £83 and never got the item i paid for

I paid £83for flowers for a lady who loves sunflowers. I not only paid for sunflowers I paid for the delux , so there were more sunflowers. When the flowers were delivered there was no message card. AND NO BLOODY SUNFLOWERS included in the bouquet. I don`t know how to explain this level of incompetance. Things go wrong and the best way to judge a company is how they deal with this. I was offered 20% on my next order. And ,of course, there is not going to be another order . They then offered me 15% refund. They took my money and failed to deliver to requirement then failed to deal respectfully with the complaint . Never, ever do business with this group.

mickey mouse company

Ordered a bouquet for the 20th. Then mid morning of the 20th i get an email cancelling said order. Leaving me no time to get a proper company.

Failed Mothers Day delivery

I placed an order for Mothers Day flowers on Wed 11 Mar 26. A beautiful bouquet of sunflowers. I received an email on Sat 14 Mar saying that they were unable to fulfill my order as the local florists were fully booked or did not have the appropriate stock for this bouquet. They did say they could deliver the following Tues (after Mothers Day). As I am not local to my folks, I had to settle for the later delivery date as it woud have been impossible to organise anything else in time for the following day (Mothers Day). The bouquet finally arrived on the Tues, but beared absolutely no resembelance to the bouquet I ordered. I wish I could upload a photo so you can see the shoddy substitute. The bouquet was supposed to be fully of lovely sunflowers but instead my Mother received 2 Gerberas, a few carnations and a lot of fillers and foliage! Definitely not worth the £50.00 spent! I requested a full refund and instead was offered a 20% discount off my next order! I told them this was not acceptable and that I still wanted a full refund, and that I will never be using their services again so any discout on future orders would not be appropriate. I have not had a response and they are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK unless you're prepared to be disappointed.

Avoid

Avoid - this company is a scam. Took the order and then told me there was no florist to deliver it. Confirmed they will issue a refund but still waiting for it - this company is a scam, please avoid!

This company should be closed down

This company should be closed down. Why take an order and the customers money then only hours before delivery is due state they cannot find a florist to fulfil the order.
No way to run a business. Hope someone closes them down

Disappointed order

I ordered three bouquets to be delivered on the same day to my wife,daughter and son as a thank you for giving me a wonderful 70th birthday. My daughter received her bouquet on the stated day and was thrilled with it. However, the other two bouquets did not arrive. It was not until late afternoon that I discovered a note from you stating that as you were unable to find a local supplier you had cancelled my order. Unfortunately this email landed in my spam folder which I did not access until later that day. I was fortunate to be able to get a local supplier to complete my order today. I am now awaiting my refund of just over £100.I still am astonished that it takes I minute to send my money to you but 5 to 10 working days to generate a refund.I awaiting my refund

Cancelled delivery.

I ordered same day delivery flowers, not cheap either, and got a message to say taht they coud not be delivered. I live abroad, so by the time I received the message it was too late to re-order in UK time. Thsi was for a 60th Birthday gift, so I am furious. Don't use this site if you actually want teh flowers you ordered!

Totally and utterly useless.

Totally and utterly useless.
Ordered flowers for my elderly Mother for Mother's Day.
I was told a day after they were supposed to be delivered they were not going to be able to fulfill their contractural obligation.
This was only after I had prompted them.
5 days later no flowers. No refund. 2 rubbish emails received that look as though a 5 year old had written them.
Avoid at all costs. Totally incompetent. 1 star is too high.
