This company has the worst service ever!!!
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Feb 12th. Simple instructions to have them delivered on Valentine’s Day. They delivered them on Feb 12 th. They sent the wrong item and also didn’t deliver the balloons and chocolate I paid for. Customer service tried to tell me they sent me a message telling me the delivery may happen sooner. That was false. Never got a message. They also deliver through doordash who will send a picture of the flowers to the recipient ruining the surprise.

Flowers not delivered on day promised…due to “delays”. I then asked to cancel order and they were unable to do so. No refunds. Customer service is AI generated and not helpful at all. Do not order from this company!

Order never arrived. Chat is a joke. I got one response in an hour. Requested a call and it never came but I got a random call from a hospital. Called customer service and it was AI. After multiple calls I got a human and she said she would have to transfer me for a cancellation and was sent to AI. Do not use!! This is a huge scam

Absolute joke. Ordered sympathy flowers for a colleague whose father passed away. Wanted same day. the site and the order promised that. Flowers did not arrive same day. Two days later they still have not arrived. Customer service is unresponsive. I've lost $200, and worse, was unable to get flowers to a friend.

I purchased a bouquet for my daughter who has a bad case of the flu, and is a college freshman away from home for the first time. Very depressed and upset. They billed me $93.00 (for a $35 bouquet value) and promised delivery in 4hrs. Five hours later they sent me an email saying that they wouldn't deliver until after the weekend. Customer service agent was an offshore outsource who couldn't care less.
This company is an outrage and a total fraud. Probably a 'boiler room' operation preying on people willing to pay a premium for fast delivery of flowers, with no intent or ability to deliver this service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBC, FTC and anyone else I can think of.

This was the worst customer service experience of my life.
I had to work 3, 12 hour shifts and so could not see my mother for her 79th birthday, so, I ordered flowers. I ordered them on the 6th for a January 7th delivery. They got there the 8th and in horrible condition, wilted, brown and much smaller than the $70 bouquet I ordered. No Lillie’s were present on delivery but pictured on the website.
I called customer service and had to deal with AI before getting a human. I spoke to 4 different people, one particularly rude one that would not let me get a word in. No one would transfer me to a supervisor. I got dropped three times. When they did attempt to transfer me to a supervisor, I went back to square one and had to navigate AI all over again.
My delivery and flower charges totalled $100.00. I wanted to brighten my mom’s birthday especially because she was just told she needs to start dialysis. Timing matters in flower delivery.
Still shocked that these people can operate. I’ll spread the word far and wide.
Flowers were delivered late and bouquet delivered not as advertised
Ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday, and was glad to find they had one with Hello Kitty. Flowers were delivered 2 days late and Hello Kitty was not included. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from customer service. They should not have given the option to be delivered in the same day if that is not possible. Also, should not have advertised the Hello Kitty if they don’t have the product.
Wrong Flowers Delivered 24hrs late.
Placed my order at 1:30 pm on Dec 23rd. Paid additional $5.99 for expedited delivery. No delivery. Called them after 7pm, the automated service stated that there's an unexpected delay. Eventually the delivery was made the next day, 24 hrs later. But they delivered totally different flowers.

BEWARE: Flowers were NEVER delivered
Flowers were never delivered. 4 days now. Customer service is an automated message saying, "Order is on its way." I am usually careful about SCAMS, but their flashy advertisement got me. Purporting to be a local florist. I am very sad for my friend who is near death without our Life Group's encouragement. My next step is file a claim with my payment type for a refund for fraud.

The flower arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! My daughter loved the arrangement for her birthday. Everything was just as advertised. Only suggestion would be for the delivery person to call when on the way with the arrangement.

Really wish I would’ve read these reviews ahead of time. Needed some flowers delivered quickly, but delivery never happened. When I try to track the order, it just basically says “order delivery delayed due to Covid-19”. Like, really??? We still using that excuse in 2025? Now after reading these reviews, it’s pretty clear that it’s just a garbage company employed by a bunch of crooks who’ll take your money & run.

I placed Order #5208936 for delivery on December 20, 2025. The order total was $111.91. The invoice stated the order would be processed and that I would receive an email once delivery was completed.
No delivery occurred. No delivery confirmation was sent. My friend received nothing.
The company advertises “delivery in four hours or less,” yet days later the order remained undelivered. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times using the contact information on their website and received no meaningful response, no refund, and no explanation.
At this point, flowersIn4hours.com accepted payment for a service they did not provide. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing additional consumer remedies.
Consumers should proceed with caution.
