I live in the USA and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Sweden. I ordered a bouquet of flowers that had 11 red roses, mixed in with some small white flowers in a square red vase. Since all we only see the pictures on their website I asked for a couple pictures of what the bouquet actually looked like. When I seen the pictures I was really disappointed. There was no small white flowers and no red square vase. The bouquet just didn't look anything like the picture they showed. I emailed them letting them know I was not happy with the flowers. They kept giving me excuses. On their website it says that if one is not satisfied with the flowers they would replace or give a full refund with no quibbling. There was a lot of quibbling so I contacted Pay Pal. It ended up that the florist told Pay Pel that if I returned the flowers back to them I could get a refund. Now how do you get them back through customs to me and then I send them to California. Be aware they don't stand behind their guarantee and what you buy might not be what is delivered ! $ 138 down the drain.

Didn’t deliver flowers. Order shown as cancelled in the online tracking system, without any notification or explanation. I don’t even know if they returned me the money.
